I was asked to back up when i got to the window(after them telling me to pull up) to pick my mobile order I placed 15 mins before. My order was meal for 4with 2 quesadillas and 2 crunchwraps and 2 tacos but got 4 tacos and 2 crunchwraps paying for premium items and getting value menu items is bs

I'm sorry but when I get a Mexican Pizza and a Burrito and the total comes to $12+ and the burrito looks like a taco, I was not happy. I went and talked to a rep and after he explained why, he understood what I was saying and made me a new Burrito which looks like the picture that's advertised. I was happy. The way I see it, I want to get what I pay for. I'm giving them 5 stars because they didn't fight or get defensive. Blessings!!!

If I could give 0 stars for adding a review I would. But 1 star required for a review. This is by far rhe worst taco bell I have ever ordered from. We pulled up 2 min til 5 and asked if the happy hour still going they said No! Ordered a bean burrito it was cold . We asked for large ice water recieved a small. The attitude was awful! I won't be back !!!!!

Worst food experience I’ve ever had with this Taco Bell. The food wasn’t made correctly and I wonder if the service was more important than the quality and accuracy of the food. I ate two tacos and not the burrito or the nachos. Looks like they made the nachos backwards or upside down. I was very disappointed.

Everytime i have gone to this location, some of my order has been missing and ive had to go in and tell them that some of my order is missing. I went to get food tonight and before i could even tell the lady my order was incorrect they said to pull around and said it with an attitude. And none of the times have i gotten the mild sauce that was order with the food.

I work late nights and that is the store closest to my home when I wanna stop by on the way home from work. Anytime any day of the week after 12am you will not get served if it's not a mobile order or a delivery service order. It never fails. I went tonight as per usual same crap. This is ridiculous why do we have two stores in this town if one is only gonna hold up and do their jobs. So I tried to give them one last chance before doing this review. And here we are. Close the store if the people don't wanna do their jobs. As I drove around the building to leave the drive thru the female employee was having her a nice 420 in the parking lot with headset. So that's why you can't or won't take an order. I will drive out the way to the other store no matter what. Go ahead and close this location or replace employees and managers. Sincerely fed up customer

Very dirty and sticky inside!!!! The fries tasted 2 weeks old and were cold. Sadly meal was 1 star 1 peace of tomato and 1 peace of lettuce inside!
