Excellent and fast service. Placed a to-go order online. The order was accurate, ready a lil earlier than requested (happily for us), sushi was labeled, bag included chopsticks, napkins and sauces.

Not very clean. Sriracha bottle had dried crusties on it. Dish chipped and looked dirty. Eveolooked like and felt like a rushed job. Definitely felt crammed in for hibachi. Food was average. Not worth the cost.

Driving around the neighborhood I imagined there would be a line. So I waited until the day I was not that hungry lol waited 25 mins, got the most genuine bento box you will find in town and the most attentive server!!! Thank you !!

Pretty run of the mill hibachi except it’s incredibly busy and their food handling practices are very questionable. We had a reservation for 8pm, that we showed up 10 minutes early for. We finally got food on our plate at 9:07pm. I had to ask several times before my drink was brought to me and the server would just say “sorry I forgot I’ll be back” and then would forget again. Despite waiting over an hour for food, they had no problem setting the check down next to me 10 mins after dropping off the food. No drink refills, no dessert offers or anything. Check was there maybe 2 minutes before they came back and asked for my card like they were annoyed I was taking so long. What’s the point of a reservation if it takes this long to be seated and get food, and why can I not even enjoy my food for 10 minutes without you trying to rush me out the door?The most egregious thing to me though is all the meat being brought out raw on one platter for the hibachi grill. Straight up had raw chicken on top of beef that is being cooked medium rare, and shrimp that only take a couple minutes to cook. If you’ve ever worked a food service job you absolutely know that this is a huge violation of food safety and handling. Partially explains the low sanitation score. My food was correct but the family of 4 sitting across from me had almost every plate messed up by the hibachi chef and I can tell they also left incredibly unhappy. Overall just a bad experience. Even in this small town there is better hibachi to be had, and places that actually value their customers.

After arriving, and the lady saying it would be 10 minutes and then She would take us to our table. We waited for 40 minutes when we did finally get a table. I took another 15 minutes for the server to ask us for our beverage. our server was impatient and outright, rude. We waited for what seems like forever after we finally got the soup and salads for our cook to come over and make the food. The food was OK Other than the steaming onion volcano the chef did not do any of the other entertaining, cooking demonstrations. It cooked the food as fast as he could, and left.Parking: I had to park all the way in the back of the mini mall

Placed an order, received wrong food when I reached out to Tamara they didn’t fix or offer to replace my order and I have proof of wrong order. I advise sitting in to ensure correct order. Never getting OUR BUSINESS again. Any suggestions???

I went in today and it was my son bday and the chief was really rude didn’t seem to care my son wanted the fire thing they do and the guy only did it once while all the other chiefs was doing it multi times at other tables with other kids and my son had to watch that was the worst experience ever.. the waitress was horrible also when we told her she kinda just laughed it offI won’t be coming back here ever again.. ruined my son birthdayThis place is the worst I’ll be going to the university area from here on out

This was a great family dinner experience. Set up reservations here on Google and we walked in and sat down with zero wait. Perfect for large groups we had 11 and wrapped a table could have added 9 more. The waitress was extremely nice and accommodating with our crew. So entertaining with the hibachi chef playing food games with the kids they loved it!!! Lots of food even for starving teenagers. Not as pricey as others and well worth it for the experience and customer experience!!!Parking: Parking lot was fullKid-friendliness: The chefs were very entertaining to the kids!
