Went in today 11/29 around 4:30 pm no one greeting at the door. After saying hello gently to the back a brunette bartender dressed like Beetlejuice came out obviously irate. I asked for a menu and cocktail menu and ordered a purple pixie but i wanted it to be a double she asked what vodka I wanted I said "whatever comes with the drink" the bartender was somehow annoyed by this so I added "if that's ok with you??" She began making the drink while grumbling to herself about the vodka they were out of the grape vodka typically used and I was like ok just regular vodka then?? I left in the middle of her making my drink I don't want to eat or drink from someone making my food with hate. I have no clue what this woman's issue was this was my first time visiting the resteraunt and as someone who has worked in service from crew,boh,foh to management I was disgusted by this servers behavior. As I was leaving she hollered after me and my twin sister to have a good day as she kindly greeted what appeared ro be regulars...we did not get the same courtesy or kindness I have no idea what this woman's problem was we went and gave our business to Mr Tokyo across the street since ours wasn't appreciated also bathrooms were disgusting x

I got the seafood bucket and it was amazing idk how to explain but that is some of the best seafood ever I love it so much flavor and had much fun going definitely worth it

This was our second time coming here and we will not be back. There were two people at the bar when we got there and three people showed up before we left and there was only one bartender. Well he sat there talking to his bar guest the entire time about how drunk he got last night instead of checking on us at all. He dropped our food off and never came back. We didn’t have any drink in order to eat our wings so we just sat there. We waited over 20 minutes after we were done with our main course before he even came over . So from the time we got our food and he came over we had waited 40 minutes. He was too busy talking about all the partying he did last night. This was by far the worst service we have ever had. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

Bro comes up to me and I ask for an update on my food and he asks me if I’m missing something as I have nothing infront of me. Yes I’m missing everything they didn’t make my food. Better time at hooters.
Been here many times, always great food, service but yesterday the female bartender who I've never seen before was clearly on something, was going around to a lot of the customers saying very bad things about the regular bartender creating a hostile work environment. Her little kids were in there with her husband watching this all happen. We won't be back until she is gone.
