They have a decent selection of self-pour beer and wine. No food, but bring your own. Pizza, burgers and hot dogs are sold on the same block, so you'll have no trouble eating. The guy who owns and runs it is very personable and humble. This is a great, relaxed place to meet with friends over some good beer.
Lovely place to hang out with friends and have some yummy cocktails! My husband and I went here after our wedding with our bridal party and it was a special end to our night. Maple Martini is a MUST!
I love The Courthouse! It is the best bar in Monroe (and there are quite a few of them). It is very nice and comfortable and they have outdoor seating too. It is also very clean, including the bathrooms. In addition to the many beers and ciders on self-pour taps, they also have bottled wine and great mixed drinks. My fave is the Chocolate Martini. My son likes the Orange Drop. They serve a few snacks such as cake rolls, fancy nuts, and chips/dip. Patty and the Dogs is next door...
