We often order your chicken quesadilla and have always enjoyed it in the past. That’s why I was truly shocked by what we received this time. I can’t believe your staff thought it was acceptable to serve a quesadilla that was completely burnt.

Every time we pay, the card reader is turned toward us to leave a tip — that part is never forgotten. But why is the quality of the food being forgotten? Do your staff honestly believe this is something they themselves would eat?

I always leave a tip and have recommended your place to many of my friends and clients. But now I realize I shouldn’t have done that. I’m deeply disappointed in how the quality of your food has dropped — not only the quesadilla, but the pizza as well. In fact, we completely stopped ordering pizza from you because it kept coming burnt to a crisp, literally charred like coal. That’s simply not acceptable.

From now on, I will not be leaving any tips unless I can see the quality of my order before paying. It’s very upsetting to see such a decline in something that used to be one of our favorite spots. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Pizza was great. Service was TERRIBLE. The man running the cash register with the glasses had a terrible attitude. Even came to our table to clear our table rushing us through our dessert. We are 2 families and spent well over $100 at your restaurant. We will not be back.

I can’t leave a very positive review. The edges of the pizza were burnt, and there was a strong burnt smell throughout the place, which lingered on my clothes. Also, the staff was very loud, dancing and laughing - making it impossible to hear the person I came with.
In general, the pizza doesn’t taste bad, and you can take it to go, but it’s not enjoyable to eat at the restaurant because it’s too loud and has an overwhelming smell.

Best $7 pizza you can get for $16+
They say medium. Matches the tiny ice cream portions they served us last time.
Taste is mediocre at best. The dough is at least the right texture for me.

Here we sit almost an hour later, we ordered 4 pizzas and a side salad. We expected to wait 30 mins as that is what we where told. 2 other groups came in. One ordered 3 pizzas and another one pizza.
If you guessed that there ordered came out already then you are right. 45mins later the cook came out and asked what we had and shook his head.
This is not our first time here and to be honest most likely our last. To spend $77 on 4 pizza is a little bit expensive bit it was friends night out and now, several groups have there and here we are still sitting.... yes we tried to order ahead but the line kept going to voice mail so we had to come order in person.

Please stop rejecting our national currency and go back to accepting cash. Small business card processing fees are a large expense so it just doesn’t make sense. Saying accepting it creates a business liability just an excuse for poor management. It most certainly could help move in the direction of not raising prices as much for you customers.

We've experienced The Exchange Pizza Depot twice now, and both times have been wonderful and kicked that pizza craving. Service has been wonderful both times as well.

The staff was very friendly and got order done quickly! However was disappointed in the size of the slice annd the price and the taste. The pizza really was not good at all and had burnt pieces on the crust.

Great little pizza place in downtown Monroe. One of the normal size pizzas is plenty for 2 people to share, and its location is perfect for those spending time at one of the local breweries.

The Mary Helen Pizza was AMAZING! The service was excellent. I love supporting a small local business. I will most definitely eat there again...soon!
