They have a young staff working that really don't know that much about the product. I purchased a spiral boneless ham and I think it should have been wrapped up better because it was rather dry and not very sweet. I might give them one more try but it's going to be with a bone in him this time.

Food and service are second to none
I am not one to write review. My wife tried to place an order for pickup and was told that they only were only taking preorders online and was hung up on. When I went in there to buy a ham I was helped immediately.
I had a great experience overall—the customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, which made me feel welcome. However, I was a bit disappointed with the value of my order. I paid $13 for 3 sliders, chips, and a drink, and I didn’t feel that the portion size or quality matched the price. The bread was a little burnt. But still decent. I hope this can be improved because everything else was fantastic!

I have going to Honey Baked Ham on Woodlawn for over 30 years. This location is new and just as good. Our family loves the smoked turkey.

I can only go by what my parents have told me. They stated the sandwiches I picked up for them were really good and substantial enough to eat half and save half for another meal. My aunt had told them about their sandwiches and raved about how good it was. Service is never an issue, but call if it's Easter, cause they don't make sandwiches then.
