Tucked away in the far corner opposite Compare Food in the Monroe Shopping Plaza you will find Paisanos. And what a neat little find it is, too! Take out only with a buffet I ordered a simple beef taco to go. While their usual order is more substantial, they politely made my taco, wrapped it up, and charged me a meager $3. Yum, I'm on my way! Might I suggest checking them out for carnitas by the pound, handmade tortillas by the dozen, and shrimp or tamales from the buffet. Top off your order with something sweet from the shelves or freezers in the middle of the store, too. Has the taste buds on my "give 'em a whirl" meter begging for more. Go here!

barbacoa and rice is PHENOMENAL every single time! The tortillas are also soft and warm so i really have no complaints. Love buying a ton for any family get together or cookout

This place has a large selection of authentic Mexican cuisine. This is a take-out only location. The only problem I had was there wasn't a price menu or prices on the items being served.

The first visit was great and a very busy place. 2nd visit, the cheese tamale was possibly a cause for food poison, very old and a really"off" taste. Was disappointed.
