Love tropical smoothie cafe. The smoothies are always so refreshing. The workers are always nice and chill. The food is always bomb. Its a hit or miss if you get more or less chipotle sauce in your pita sandwich. But I really enjoy their food its the best

I went over there twice today and last week to get the smoothies. It was tasty to me and I asked an employees some napkins and the young lady just rolled her eyes and had a NASTY attitude and just slammed it down on the countertop and went back to her co-worker chatting. All I asked was nicely and but I can tell some of young workers. If you are not people person, don't show up. But the manager gave me some napkins. I can go somewhere else to get different smoothies. I'm not feeling the vibes, and Im not from here. You gotta understand what customers want. There no reasons to. It's all about respect.

I cannot live without this place. I’m so glad that I found it. It is truly one of the best places in Monroe and Indian Trail. I’ll never go anywhere else for smoothies! The people that work there are so pleasant so helpful they made me feel like I wanna be there every day and I go at least once a week and get a smoothie or I order it online thank you so much!!!

we ordered from Tropical Smoothie about a month ago. We use their app and ask for delivery. Apparently they use doordash for delivery. Doordash marked our order as delivered but it never arrived. when we contacted doordash they said that a refund would need to be issued by Tropical Smoothie. Tropical Smoothie refused a refund and after much discussion and argument told us that we could have our smoothies replaced to just come in. We went in this weekend and were refused our free smoothies because they said we waited too long and should have done it within a week. They did not give us a timeline to use the order when they told us we could come in for free smoothies. We lost $26 for this order, with tip, and they don't care.
