A few days ago, I visited this place and ordered a combo meal of tuna melt. I had ordered the same dish a few times before and never had any issues. However, this time, when they brought me the sandwich, it was not melted at all. The manager took it back and returned the same sandwich after heating it. Unfortunately, the bread had become extremely soggy and I couldn't eat it. Moreover, I had to wait for my fries to be ready after being served the sandwich. In conclusion, I was not satisfied with the experience and informed the manager about my concerns and she refunded me for the sandwich ONLY OF 8 BUCKS. SHE STATED BECAUSE I ATE THE FRIES SHE COULD NOT REFUND ME FOR THE MEAL. I STATED IF I KNEW THE SANDWICH WASN'T GONE TO BE CORRECT THE SECOND TIME I WOULD'VE NEVER ATE THEM. the manager asked if I wanted something else but I couldnt because I had to get to work. This was a aweful experience and I felt violated smh.

Had to ask for everything that was suppose to go along with my meal. Ask for the cornbread that was suppose to go with my meal . The waitress went back to get it came back with it in a to go box instead of basket. It was cold as ice literally came out like it was in refrigerator said something to waitresses she wanted to argue about it. Half the meal was burnt not sure what was going on today but wasn’t good at all.

I ordered chicken, got very small brest and 2 small wings no meat, very disappointed, asked for drinks to go the waiter go to the back and didn't come back, sad because we always eat there and never had a problem, plus the prices are getting so expensive. Hopefully things will change.

My dad and I love love love the Village Grill. After my mom died my dad & I were looking for somewhere to go and have a nice breakfast or lunch & we found it. We feel so at home at the Village, that’s what my dad calls it, from the food which is phenomenal and the decor, which we love. The staff is above and beyond anything we could ever have imagined. They are all so nice and welcoming and have always made my dad and me feel like family. Go to the Village, it’s the best.

This was our first time eating here. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was on the money. Excellent breakfast!!! I got the veggie omelette and it was so good.
