You get what you get! The staff are not truly caring about their jobs they just want a paycheck or tips the sad thing is the cook doesn't take pride in what they are cooking. They literally just swinging on a plate and I think it is really sad because this is not the way the waffle House was run back when I worked there. I didn't work at this particular store however I worked on and off for about 20 years with the waffle House. We cared about our we also tried to make sure that they were comfortable their food was just right now you go in and they don't care how the food is cooked and if you try to say anything then they want to argue back with you that is fine and half of it ain't even cooked or it's overcooked or you're getting something you didn't even order or you're missing the cheese in your scrambled eggs or onions in your potatoes it's just ridiculous they don't do a pool system they just holler it out and get like I said what you get. I know one thing they need to train their Cooks better because these Cooks don't even know how to cook an omelette it is the most pitiful thing I've ever seen in my life. They literally need someone from corporate to go in there or send someone in disguise to see about it because this is terrible especially on second shift. I also know that first shift isn't doing what they're supposed to do and leaving it for a second and second shift really doesn't care they're going to leave it for third nobody's really doing their job exactly the way it's supposed to salt shakers pepper shakers are supposed to be filled up ketchup refilled but they only do that when it needs it instead of checking it every shift. You literally have to remind them to bring you silverware, butter, surf or your jelly they also forget to butter the or bring you a waffle that's not done or overdone. They also keep the phone off the hook of the whole shift you cannot even call up there anymore. 2 months ago I called and finally got someone and they decided to say that they didn't do carry out orders over the phone any more you had to come in and place your order they would not take it over the phone! Since then you can't get anyone to answer the phone anymore. No pride at all here. I was told if you're going to do a job do it well. These people now just think that all they got to do is show up they ain't got to do anything and I think this is sad because of this generation the next one what are they going to be taught? Also people standing there instead of taking your order or checking to see if you need refills or doing their job they're standing there on their phones looking at videos of God only knows what all you hear is a bunch of people talking about I would whoop somebody's butt or if that were my man or my girl but they certainly aren't worried about the customers in the restaurant!

It was mid afternoon so there were only a few customers. The waiter came promptly to my table, took my order & received it quickly. Food was good, no problems.
One of the cleaner Waffle houses I've been to. I ordered simple grilled chicken with scrambled eggs. They brought the eggs and forgot my chicken. The service was fast as usual but waitresses constant non stop play fighting got a little annoying

The young man on the prepared a awesome 3 pc pork chops and hash browns and cheesy eggs. The chop were grilled to perfection not dry, made rest of the meal spot on!!! Add on chili, pecan waffle(8:00am) nickname (ratchet)
Shea was amazing!!! She made sure are drinks were always full and we had everything we needed! Food was super good and service was amazing! Thanks for the great service Shea! -The girl in the pink dress! ??

Well, the food was good. 1 order was the grits bowl. No toast with this. Coffee was never refilled. Even had to ask for butter. Other order was waffle, bacon & soda. No refil on soda. Our waitress stayed as far away as she could. Worst I've ever had at waffle house. And by the way, our waitress was Crystal.
It's a thing. Despite the nickname awful waffle, it is everything but. Everything is freshly made. I do the pork chop sandwich plate, scattered and smothered. Decent chop, bone in unless you request otherwise, fresh tasty lettuce, tomatoe, onion on a plane soft bun. Accompanied by perfect golden brown hash brown potatoes with onion. Ask for apple butter, too. It will kick that porkchop sandwich to the next level. Give it a try, you will be surprised.

There was this lady as cashier so in a bad mood Her name is crystal She was just so rude at the moment to order we order 2 chx sandwich and she was like just that or what ? with cheese and chx or what and well we told her how it comes with lett and tom and she was like yeah that’s how it comes amd she was just hurry up at the moment we where ordering .
