This place has potential, but I feel that management and staff are lacking in productivity. There are typically long wait times. I personally waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. I would have left but you're trapped once you're in line because of the curb and landscaping.

The wait has gotten a little better considering it's a fast food restaurant. They seem to always be out of at least one of the items I pre-order via the app. Not why they can't update the app to reflect what's available when you're ordering instead of being told that they are out when you are picking up your order not giving you an opportunity to replace it with something else.

Lots of young employees standing around laughing and eating food.Had to wait about ten minutes for someone to get to register. Out of ketchup and tea at the self bar. Told them they were out. No one had come to check on it when we left thirty minutes later.

Employees were loud,rude and cursing. Both managers did absolutely nothing about any situations caused by Employees. Lack of refilled drinks and lied about having certain item. Customer were ignored alot while trying to order. We will NEVER be back to this one.

Don't recommend this location at all. Their location and drive thru aren't good. Had reward for $3 off and lady said their reward system isn't working... Waited several minutes in the drive thru without anyone saying basic sentence like "sorry we'll be with you in a second" they shoved 3 combos ($27) in 1 bag which risks the bag tearing, and lastly they didn't even provide a receipt!? Food was average and the sweet tea was horrendous.

By far THE WORST place to order from. I've ordered there many times giving them chances but theu ALWAYS forget an item or multiple items. When I called one time to ask about it the Uber driver had the phone on speaker and sole lady working there said it's not her problem and that she's busy. NEVER EVER order from this place

You need to fix your times. You cannot have multiple signs saying you’re open until 1am if you’re going to be closed before 11:00pm JUST RIDICULOUS I placed a $20 order that just went down the drain because the workers refused to make it!!!!!!!!!

The young girl shut the drive thru door on me didn't ask if there was anything else even say have a good evening." All I wanted was to get some ketchup for the fries VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!
