I placed my order over the phone an it took them 50 to complete my order that was only 3 tenders fries an 10 wings an fries this is just slow an it’s three workers an no one in the lobby

I wish I had never ordered food there. It was awful. I hadn't even finished eating and my stomach already felt irritated. Hours later, we were sick, very sick, to the point of going to the hospital. It was the only thing different we had eaten in days. It felt greasy, to the point that everything looked wet and left grease everywhere. The French fries were burnt and hard, as if they had been reheated, as were the boneless chicken pieces, and the seasoning was extremely strong. It was a horrible experience, and I hope our health doesn't get any worse.

Did a phone order to this travesty of a business. Dude taking order breathed heavy on the phone asking for the order. Placed order and was told the price of $25. Made my way to this location and went inside for order. Apparently it was never entered and I had to place said order again. Been waiting for an hour on 20wings and some veggies. Ridiculous from start to finish. Hoping whenever they decide to give me my order that its edible at this point. At this point in time, my chaos is contained but I don't know for how long. 🤏🏽

I waited for my take out order for 55 minutes. I have not waited for a meal in the finest restaurants that make meals from scratch that long. Many other frustrated customers in the same situation. I ordered combo meals for my grand daughters. One with chicken wings, one with chicken tenders. When at home in Charlotte, one meal had chicken wings and fries, the other meal only had fries. I did not want to drive all the way back to get the chicken tenders. At least my one grand daughter had the French fries. Totally disorganized and the service was very slow. The lady at the cash register and also working in the kitchen being very busy was rude. Never am I going back. I need to say the chicken was good, French fries not that much. Apparently not enough staff. At least they should inform customers about the wait time. If I had known how long it took I had gone somewhere else.

ordered online and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru just to get told to pull forward someone will bring it out and i get down and it’s just sitting there ready for 40 minutes. do better .

They should call it the Wing-reststop because be ready to sit there and wait at least 30 minutes for your order, whether it's dine-in or pick-up. They never fail to make you wait. Whether it looks busy or not- you will always wait a long time for your food.

I ordered corn with extra seasoning. The corn looked like they barely put any so I went back and ask for extra seasoning and it the girl said we have to charge you. Wingstop is expensive enough. Now you wanna charge me for seasoning I didn’t get in the first place.
