Did a phone order to this travesty of a business. Dude taking order breathed heavy on the phone asking for the order. Placed order and was told the price of $25. Made my way to this location and went inside for order. Apparently it was never entered and I had to place said order again. Been waiting for an hour on 20wings and some veggies. Ridiculous from start to finish. Hoping whenever they decide to give me my order that its edible at this point. At this point in time, my chaos is contained but I don't know for how long. 🤏🏽

I waited for my take out order for 55 minutes. I have not waited for a meal in the finest restaurants that make meals from scratch that long. Many other frustrated customers in the same situation. I ordered combo meals for my grand daughters. One with chicken wings, one with chicken tenders. When at home in Charlotte, one meal had chicken wings and fries, the other meal only had fries. I did not want to drive all the way back to get the chicken tenders. At least my one grand daughter had the French fries. Totally disorganized and the service was very slow. The lady at the cash register and also working in the kitchen being very busy was rude. Never am I going back. I need to say the chicken was good, French fries not that much. Apparently not enough staff. At least they should inform customers about the wait time. If I had known how long it took I had gone somewhere else.

ordered online and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru just to get told to pull forward someone will bring it out and i get down and it’s just sitting there ready for 40 minutes. do better .

They should call it the Wing-reststop because be ready to sit there and wait at least 30 minutes for your order, whether it's dine-in or pick-up. They never fail to make you wait. Whether it looks busy or not- you will always wait a long time for your food.

I ordered corn with extra seasoning. The corn looked like they barely put any so I went back and ask for extra seasoning and it the girl said we have to charge you. Wingstop is expensive enough. Now you wanna charge me for seasoning I didn’t get in the first place.

My wife and I order food from here recently and got sick do to some kind of cleaning chemical or 200 day old cooking oil not sure which but I'm leaning towards chemical. I tried to send an emergency notice to wingstop without causing harm to reputations but unfortunately they have bad management. We zero response or acknowledgement or attempts to resolve the issue. I'm just warning others this is not the place to eat. I was almost put in a ambulance for some wing company with no responsibility

love wing stop, started to eat corn now for the first time. you just gotta order 20-30 min ahead and you’ll be good. also recommend ordering through app. it has a bunch of deals.

The first time we went was for my son's birthday. The food was great.The dining room was an absolute mess, the music choice was terrible, the bathrooms were disgusting. But the whole reason why we went was for the food so we tried it again. The food was OK. The wings were barely sauced. The fries were absolutely territhe bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The dining room was a little bit cleaner than what it was the first time we had came. If the people there decided to put as much thought into cooking the food as they thought about the Music Choice and the drinks they would actually be in. Okay, place. We waited maybe 45 minutes for our food and for us to wait that long. All your food should be hot. It definitely. Wasn't I got my girl's a Tim piece plain because neither one of them liked their wings sauced? They were so overcooked. You couldn't even get the chicken off of the wings. I got lemon pepper and half. The wings were dry. There was no flavor no seasoning. Or anything my husband's wings. They were so overly sauced. He had a pool. Of sauce in the bottom of his tray, it was so inconsistent the fries.They were terrible absolutely terrible.
