Placed my order and purposely came 20 minutes late so that I could grab and go. After 10 minutes in the drive thru, the order was given to me with cold fries. When I brought them back in, the same fries has been placed in the grease and given back to me. My dogs had eaten out the fries and now every person behind me will eat Dog fries because they were too lazy to provide fresh ones. I am reporting you all to the Health Department!

I come here with my family pretty often! We usually always have large orders and 9/10 our orders are always perfect! We came last night and the redhead at the register was an absolute gem! She was super nice and helpful when deciding flavors! The restaurant itself is also spotless and very rarely dirty! We love this Wingstop!

First time I tried the chicken tenders from Wingstop, I was shocked at how big and tasty they are...don't believe that I will ever eat their boneless (nuggets) wings again.

The entire restaurant is always very clean! The GradeA sanitation score speaks for itself! The employees are always equipt with great customer service and the manager is always politeful and show me great hospitality! I wouldn't go anywhere else for wings! My greatest thanks and appreciation to the general manager Deitra, this store has came along way!! Keep up the outstanding job!!!

Ordered online for pickup, waited an extra 20 minutes before picking up the food due to it being New Year’s eve and still waited almost TWO HOURS for my order (which wasn’t big at all). There was zero sense of urgency in any of the employees. I used to manage a fast food restaurant, I understand it can get super busy during the holidays but for this to be considered “fast food” a two and a half, almost 3 hour wait total is RIDICULOUS. There was also a lady that was ahead of me that had already been there an hour waiting on her order, had to wait another 45 minutes on her order after saying something to the employees about it. Food was just thrown in the bag any kind of way, grease coating the bottom of the bag, dirty sauce cups, drink machine was out of almost everything. Yall gotta do better!

In all honesty, I’m not the type to write a horrendous review, it’s kind of sad that this is me and my 7 year old son’s favorite place to eat on Sunday nights. However, I’ve been coming here for years now, and believe it or not for the most part this place was good when they first opened, but now it’s a sink hole of a business. Managment is careless, employees are ignorantly rude, no gloves are ever worn, and hair nets are never worn when I walk into this place. Literally just a dad and his son looking for good customer service and looking to eat some wings together and enjoy our night, but I guess me and my family will find a new wing spot in the future.
