The place is empty and sterile. If you want to eat somewhere with zero personality that gives you a strange sense of depression, come here. Food hasn't changed but they traded all the cool decor for blank white walls and navy blue trim. This is what I imagine when I think about what it might be like to eat in jail

The new renovation is terrible. It is like earing in the hospice wing of a hospital. Cold, sterile and blank. They forgot to bring the personality back after they gutted the place. Wanna cry? Dine in.

This restaurant is great! My go-to order is the Big Zax Snack box. The chicken strips and fries are my favorite. I always do the survey on the receipt and it's worth it. This is the place to go for a quick pick me up when you're hungry.

By far the worst Zaxby’s location in Charlotte. Consistently poor customer service, wildly inconsistent sandwich quality and pricing, and a staff (plus management) that clearly lacks any motivation to improve or provide decent service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store.

Well, the bar was set pretty low when comparing them to the Zaxby’s in Lancaster, but I would drive the extra 20 miles to get my wings from the Zaxby’s in Monroe. They’re super nice. The food is hot and it doesn’t take 45 minutes. Whoever is running the Monroe Zaxby’s please help going in Lancaster.

The food was delicious, plenty of seating. Some places have it too cold in there to eat with the temperature inside was just right. Considering it was just a little cool outside. Nice place to dine in

Highly disappointed. This has happened more than once but now I am onto their lack of care and work ethic. Constantly they say their milkshake machine is down. So now we call while pulling into the parking lot to verify it is working. Get to the drive thru order food then ask for 2 birthday shakes. 30 seconds go by sorry we can’t make milkshakes at the moment is that all for your order.? Pull around and ask the guy is the milkshake machine really down. He says yes the drive thru one is. I say oh do you have another one. Yes upfront but it takes too long to go make them up there and bring them to the drive thru! Say what? I literally had my son get out of the car and go inside to order his milk shakes. Seriously! Either say that at the drive thru and stop lying or just take milkshakes off the menu or have a sign on the drive thru must come inside. So hard to find people who care and want to work.

Couldn’t read a simple ticket, messed up both meals I ordered, rude about making me the drink I paid for. All around 0/10 stars. What an awful place to eat with awful service.
