Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Highly disappointed. This has happened more than once but now I am onto their lack of care and work ethic. Constantly they say their milkshake machine is down. So now we call while pulling into the parking lot to verify it is working. Get to the drive thru order food then ask for 2 birthday shakes. 30 seconds go by sorry we can’t make milkshakes at the moment is that all for your order.? Pull around and ask the guy is the milkshake machine really down. He says yes the drive thru one is. I say oh do you have another one. Yes upfront but it takes too long to go make them up there and bring them to the drive thru! Say what? I literally had my son get out of the car and go inside to order his milk shakes. Seriously! Either say that at the drive thru and stop lying or just take milkshakes off the menu or have a sign on the drive thru must come inside. So hard to find people who care and want to work.

Couldn’t read a simple ticket, messed up both meals I ordered, rude about making me the drink I paid for. All around 0/10 stars. What an awful place to eat with awful service.

I went to this location this evening and my Toast was Burnt and the Fries were Under Cooked. This is now the second time that happened. I won't be coming back.

i was a regular here, but no longer. used to love coming here all the time, great employees & service, but the franchise owner keep jacking up the prices. youll save a couple bucks per meal going to a different location.

Only noticeable flaw that stood out was the drive-thru. I was unusually a long wait time to obtain your food. This has proven to be frequent. Aside from that, everything else was great in terms of Food, Service, and Atmosphere. Check em out! Maybe they've improved since my last visit!

Wow! Biggest Zaxby's I've ever seen. Looks like it was probably an old Sonny's BBQ. Great and friendly staff, and fresh food.

I went through the drive thur and ordered a grill chicken house zalad. So I called and told them. So the manager tells me to bring the food back with the receipt ok no problem. Then she tells me to get a pen and a paper to write down the manager name cause if I don't they can't replace my meal. I told her I was doing all of that cause if I bring the food and the receipt what the hell do I need a manager name for. I was coming to zaxby's 1 to 2 times a week and I have never went through this. They will never have to worry about me coming to zaxbys again. She acting like I was trying to get something free

Service is usually fast and friendly, there's the occasional short staffed lunch where things back up a bit. Food is always hot and orders right.
