THIS HAS BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO, 08/09/2025 AND STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. THIS ARBY'S DOES NOT DESERVE NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO ONE STAR BUT IT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW. THE OWNER, LISA MOUNTS, DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COMMON DECENCY NOR PROFESSIONALISM TO RESPOND TO ANY TEXTS MESSAGES, REFUSED TO ANSWER ANY OF THE MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS MADE NOR DID SHE RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS CONCERNING THIS MATTER, WANTING A RESPONSE FROM HER REGARDING THE PHOTO TAKEN OF MY WIFE'S SANDWICH WE SENT HER, WHICH CONSISTED OF A FULLY RAW, FREEZING COLD PIECE OF CHICKEN THAT SHE ACTUALLY BIT INTO & VOMITED AFTER. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES FROM HQ NEITHER, SO I AM GOING TO EXPOSE THIS DISGUSTING RAT HOLE THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN & BULLDOZED OVER. THIS IS FAR FROM OVER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ARBY'S, DO NOT PUT ANYMORE MONEY IN LISA MOUNTS'S POCKETS. SHE IS DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE AS WELL AS HER ARBY'S RESTAURANT. SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED & ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSED FOR BEING A HEARTLESS HUMAN BEING. THIS WILL NOT GO AWAY, WE WILL SEE TO IT. First and LAST time going to this Arby’s. The drive thru operator told me that they had 4/$10 classic roast beef sandwiches and that it would be 50¢ to at Chester to each one. He told me the total and it’s $14…something. So I asked why the price what that price. He says ohh because it’s actually 79¢, so then I ask if he can only put it on 2 sandwiches. He said he fixed it. I went to the window and he repeated the same price. The manager steps in to fix it and then tells me that I can’t get the 4/$10 deal because it ended a long time ago and he’s just coming back from vacation. Unprofessionally she decided to charge me for each sandwich. Like it was my fault that I was given the wrong price. I only came to Arby’s for that deal…. I was already at the second window. It’s unprofessional that the manager didn’t take fault for their mistake and actually charge me what I was offered for the fact that it was false advertisement and an inexperienced cashier. Very rude to charge someone double the price for your mistake.

The beefsteak sub was good according to my dining partner. The buffalo chicken was inedible and thrown away. The meat was rubbery and had no flavor. The buffalo sauce was applied so amply, it dripped from the sandwich before even opening the wrapper. The amount of sauce was too much for the bun,
causing it to disintegrate so the
sandwich couldn't be handheld. The restaurant was clean and friendly staff. No cars in the lot aside from staff when we arrived and only 2 cars in line at the window despite it was the lunch hour. That was a clue.. .

The lady at the drive through acted like she didn't want to wait on me. The sweet tea barely had any sugar, the double roast beef was the size of a single and the fries appeared to be thrown in the bag. This isn't the first time I've had bad experiences here but thought I would give it another chance. Now I have to say I wouldn't recommend it to anyone nor will I ever go back.

we just came in to Arby’s on a Friday night after we seen the new movie because we went in some Arby’s because we were hungry normally it’s a good spot to eat not the best food always but good but the audacity this worker had was absolutely disrespectful. This young lady was the most disrespectful girl you would ever meet. She was rudely talking to us when we were deciding where we would eat she was rushing us and just overall the service was horrible and then when we pull up, an elderly man gangs our card out of our hand and doesn’t even give us a receipt. The only good part about this trip was when we went inside to go get our food that we were missing because they missed every single food that we ordered also, we went inside in a nice gentleman gave us our food he didn’t. He did a good job everyone else at the establishment was downright disgusting and horrible. I would never get food here 10 out of 10 do not recommend this place for any of your children the food is cold. It’s disgusting and the customer service is rude.

Don't go hereAwful service.. may21 2025, I specifically said what number I want never specifically said what sandwich it was, just a number 15 with no tomato and sprite, I've worked in the restaurant business when you say the number you want the meal 12 bucks for a sandwich.. thet proceed to argue with me and state all I said was a trukey sandwich and a drink I know 100 percent that lady told the kid to lie to me....don't go here they are confrontational and don't give a shit

I love the food at arbys the Hispanic girl I think nataly it was she was so respectful and nice and asked what sauce I want I haven’t met a respectful drive through worker in a long time food was done quick

The curly fries, fish sandwich, and mint chocolate shake is great... the customer service is horrible. The Hispanic manager I think her name was Yvonne is unprofessional and disrespectful to her employees, and most of the young people they have at the window are extremely rude and lazy. The was a Hispanic girl there the other the day and she got an attitude because I asked for a cup holder, and closed the window in my face while I was talking. She's the 2nd employee there I've experienced with poor customer service. The customer service is so bad, if rather drive 20 mins up the interstate simply for better service.

I ordered 2 jumbo, and received regular size. Did not check before I left. My mistake, but it was not busy, and trusted they had my order was correct. They only gave me 3 arby sauces.

The service could not have been better. We got our food to carry out. We enjoyed our fries and roast beef sandwiches VERY MUCH!!! We’ll be back soon!!!
