We went in to get some ice cream, they only had 1 of the two freezer cases open as flavor options. We came in at 4 and it shows they close at 8. The girl told us when we first came in they could not do smoothies or milkshakes. She walked away from us and we had to stand there for a while before she came back to take our order. I suspect she just didn’t want to take the time to do it. The BR’s around here are terrible and lack customer service.

Do not order an ice cream cake here. You have to order online and then when you go to pick it up they have not even made it. I was told the person who makes the cakes does this on a regular basis.

The dark blonde girl who worked tonight was the worst. Made TWO milkshakes so runny it was like drinking chocolate milk. Had the worst attitude didnt even care to fix this issue. Had issues with giving me a refund when i asked since I obviously ordered a milkshake not milk. I gave back the milkshakes too yet she had the worst attitude. If you serve someone wrong or poor food/drinks and get upset when they complain maybe you shouldnt have a job if its too hard to solve the problem. Remake it correctly or give a refund without being rude af. Id never hire someone who functions like her.

Very disappointing experience!! The store hours on Google and on the door say closing time is 8:00. We arrived at 7:20. They told us that they always close the lobby early at 7:30. She said she would go ahead and scoop our ice cream, but then we would have to go sit outside (in a storm) so they could lock up! Then, she only gave me half a scoop of ice cream!

Had to give a star to be able to post..Showed up 15 minutes before closing..dine in area was a mess..trash on the tables and unswept floor. Girl behind the counter had no idea what type of ice cream they have..guy was charging us prior to us completing our order. Cones are stale aside of horrible experience.
Don’t eat here if you’re looking to actually get your entire order. On doordash their menu is not correct. They have the ingredients to make them, but because some items might be discontinued, they won’t use the ingredients and won’t make it at all.

Very slow service. Long lines. Don't even attempt to order "curb side" or "walk-in" via the app at this store. You will regret it as service is sloppy. Needs a lot of improvement in quality and service.
