I continue to have issues with this place over something as simple as a cup of coffee. I had been getting senior copies at Bojangles all around the country but when I came here I was refused and told they didn't do that. That was a while ago and I was back in town visiting my parents so I thought I'd give them another chance at 12:30 in the afternoon. So they let me order and go through the line. And I was so happy that they did now honor the senior discount price and when I get to the window they tell me oh sorry we don't serve coffee this late in the day. No worries I don't tend on returning Best wishes I'll go to the one across town to get my coffee because I know they will serve me and they will charge me a senior price and not fight me over it.

Not a ton of effective communication and direction going on. QSR no longer means Quick Service Restaurant. The speed was slow and the attention narrow. They left people waiting to take their orders and were talking about everything except the orders needing to be filled. Drinks were out and they forgot about someone sitting in the dining area. A young man was behind the line with no gloves on touching his arms and face. Sanitation is one of the most important aspects of working in a restaurant. Get it together Bojangles! It’s my favorite southern fast food spot!

My husband ordered the Alaskan Pollock dinner to go. He brought it home. They gave him the sandwich. He brought it back and told the manager he wanted the dinner, not the sandwich. Unfortunately, he didn't check to make sure it was accurate. He brought it home, it was another sandwich minus the tartar sauce. How stupid do you have to be to mess up the same order twice.

My Cajun fillet biscuit tasted like it was almost-spoiled and slightly rubbery. Worst Bojangles I have ever tried. This is the first time in my life I've had to throw away my meal when I was still hungry.

I went to the counter to order my food and no one was at the register. I waited for several minutes there was a petition up over the food, but it was frosted glass so you couldn’t see if anyone was back there so I assume they could not see me as well, so I walked down to the end of the counter and ask one of the people standing there if someone could take my order Which apparently this offended this woman very badly and she said, yeah I went back towards the register and waited several minutes and she came up there and I knew right away. I had made a mistake because she was pissed Figured she was all spit in my food or something nefarious. I tried to be very pleasant and smile, but she was already pissed off at me. For some questions about the chicken sandwiches she had an attitude the whole time about everything I ask I did place my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a chicken supreme combo with my chicken supreme combo. You get a dipping sauce I ordered, honey mustard. When I went down to pick up my order, I stood there for a while while they fixed orders for the drive-through. I don’t know how long I waited and how many orders went in front of me before someone finally asked me what I was waiting on and when I told them what I had ordered, they looked down and seen the receipt for what I ordered and started making my food. I asked for an extra honey mustard because there’s never enough in one of those small containers. You need about one and a half for three chicken tenders at that time the lady who was already pissed off at me heard me ask for an extra honey mustard Came down there and said rudely that will be $.42. I said that’s fine and although they had just given someone else, who was there the biggest handful of ketchup I’ve ever seen in my life and didn’t charge a thing and was very happy to do so I paid my $.42 and left, however, when I got to my car and looked, they had charged me for the honey mustard that I had already paid for that should’ve came with my meal. I’m not a complainer but this was a terrible visit.

This location is always provides very slow service. I waited almost 15 minutes for one sandwich today.
Edited to respond to the Owner.
This restaurant has mostly super friendly staff and most everyone (that I've encountered) is pleasant to engage with. I also don't mind the AI order taking. HOWEVER, the last handful of times I've went, the food has been poor.
Not going to run down every visit but the most memorable are (1) when I went at 7 IN THE MORNING for a Cajun biscuit combo and received a hard, inedible biscuit and a very thin piece of chicken, (2) I ordered a Supremes meal and there was a short black hair in my food and (3) I received a Supremes meal where 2 of them were the length of my pinky and ring finger. Also, the Supremes are so different now. I have going across town to the other Bojangles so I don't have to worry about so many variables with my hard-earned money. I would love to be able to confidently go to this one as I have before.

30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich because they "didn't have chicken right now". Finally got the sandwiches and they were cold. Dirty Rice was old and burnt, which was very disappointing because it's usually my favorite side.

Got my food quick enough, but I just paid $4.59 for a large Bo rounds and got a large container with 6 Bo rounds in it. Can we fill it up for 5 bucks please?
Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. They have an ai running the drive through and it always messes up the order. If you order an extra sauce they will most likely not put it in the bag but will still charge you for it. I always have to wait 10+ mins in the drive through waiting for my food to be made and half the time they don’t even have fries.

Worst serviceand customer service I've ever got from any business. Hour late for curbside pickup and still had to go in an order again. Ever again.
