This use to be the absolute best Bojangles in all of Mooresville. Used to go there after school, when friends came in town, what have ya. Now, I can’t stand going there period. You can’t get anyone to even acknowledge your existence. Customer service is a zero. No one seems to know what’s going on. Sad that the best place to go is now the worst around.

Alexis was extremely helpful with giving me all the current specials so I could order what would cover my family for dinner. I also ordered the peach cobbler to try for myself. It is OFFICIALLY my go-to place for cobbler now so keep that on the dessert menu! The inside was so clean and it was a warm environment. Although the crew was busy each one of them spoke to me when they saw me waiting for my order. The best experience I have had at a BoJangles in a long time! 🥰🥰🥰

Honesty I'm afraid to say you can not make bojangles better. For 1 the AI system is a huge joke. The people thier rather see you beamed up in a UFO. I'm sorry but it's true. People bring home problems to work and work problems home. It boils down to people not having respect for each other. I am sorry 🙁

AI system that takes orders is awful and messed up our whole order. We then get to the window and this teenage boy is angry when we ask him to re-read our order. He then asks us to pull up but not tell us where to pull up. We pull up and he storms out with an attitude saying that we went to the wrong spot and needed to move to the picnic tables. It then takes another 10-15 minutes to get us our food, we only ordered two meals and theee other cars also waited at said picnic tables. Dirt Pepsi was flat.

Every single time I go there I have to make sure I ask for SEASONED FRIES. And Everytime the bring my me fries it’s the exact opposite which leads to me seasoning my own fries at home. I’ve never been to an establishment where they had SEASONED FRIES on the menu and I still and I still had to go back and ask for EXTRA SEASONING and still end up with no seasoning what so ever

The AI thing that you have to talk to at the drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous for what I used to think was a hometown southern chicken and biscuits group. Terrible reminds me of a bunch of Yankees bought Bojangles

Store was clean, food was great and fast. Staff was incredibly quiet and and a little hard to hear but other than that if you want a quick bite and your in Mooresville hit up the bojangles....

This place is on point. I’ve never had issues when I’m on that side of town and what I would like to say is y’all need a Bojangles over by Gateway where the hospital is cause there’s nothing over there, but McDonald’s is the worst service. The worst food you’ve ever had in your life every time you go through there it’s a pain and everybody is so sick of it and who wants to eat McDonald’s. Their food is nasty but when you’re at work and you’re starving, gotta do what you gotta do. I do healthcare transportation so it’s not like I can run to the other side of town I’m always in the hospital area or up by the school house no restaurants whatsoever unless you wanna pay $13 for a meal and I ain’t doing that so please open up a restaurant over by gateway somewhere gateway professional Park, please please

Terrible experience waited for over 45 minutes for my order after being told it was a 2 minute wait. Then after 45 minutes, was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. Service is always slow and they never have food ready. The automated drive through is worthless because the workers still get the order wrong. Worst bojangles in the area.

My family came through the drive thru tonight at 920. Ordered with the AI voice and was told to move forward. The worker at the window obviously didn't want to be there. He had an attitude that just made me regret my choice to come there. He said they can't take cards and they were cash only. So we pulled out the cash and he said, oh your order didn't go through. So he took the order again and pulled us to a parking spot without giving us our drinks. We waited 10 minutes in the parking lot for a very rude woman to bring the food out with no drinks and no receipt. Customer service was horrible and the order accuracy was almost as bad. If you're open until 10, the customer service has to be there until that time. We will not return.
