Two times in the last week I placed a large order online. Both times it was canceled by the store. I suppose it's to much effort to make them. I also tried to call the store to find out why they were canceled but after letting the phone ring 10 times or so Nobody answered. If that's how you run your franchise , maybe you're better off selling it to someone with some customer service ability

This is the 2nd time in a week I've stopped here to order chicken for my son and was told after I put the order in ans pulled up to the window that there was no chicken and it would take 20 minutes to make it.

I only go here because my son likes it. They make you wait for cold food. Are rude. And the dining room is dirty every time. For a place with world famous biscuits they sure do burn them a lot.

Disgusting excuse of a Bojangles. I waited for over 20 mins for 1 cookie and 1 pie. The manager gave a refund with no apology or offer to make things right. After waiting outside in the drive thru, I went inside. All employees were just hanging out. Do better.

I have frequented this location before with absolutely no issues. This morning I went through the drive thru enroute to work and asked for a military discount which I’ve done dozens of times. Robert who stated he was one of the managers said they no longer do military discount which is odd but fine. He then proceeds to tell me why he personally doesn’t agree with military discounts because it is a choice to serve your country and I should not be acknowledged for the choice I made. At 7 am this is not the conversation I want to be having and he obviously woke up in the wrong side of the bed. I later called to ask for the GM, Robert again answered the phone and told me to call back when he was available but refused to tell me when that would be before slamming the phone in my face. I returned back to the store with my uneaten food and kindly asked for a refund. This “manager” is by far unhinged, disrespectful and has no sense of customer service.

Why is your drive through so slow. If Chik-fila can move 10 cars in the time it takes you to move one. It's always this way at nearly every store. They are proof it can be done. Improve it!

Price didn't add up asked for a receipt was told it was out of paper. Repeatedly asked for straws the girl said they are in the boxes.. which I had already checked and again asked for because they were not, she gives me one straw for two drinks. I ask for another and she just stares at me. So I just drove off. They gave out straight carbonated water for my son's drink which he obviously didn't drink and kept saying it tasted funny. Biscuits were hard and chicken was old. Highly disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of using at Bojangles in Mooresville, NC for our very large wedding party and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
I ordered to go their famous Cajun Filet, country ham, Cheddar Bo, and Bo Berry Biscuits as well as their nee chocolate chip cookies and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the biscuits were light and fluffy.
The service was fast and efficient, and my to go order was ready on time as promised. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of food that I received. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Bojangles in Mooresville and I will definitely be back again soon. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
