I received my food cold and they refused to give me fresh food and when I asked them for fresh food they told me. I could warm my food up at the house.

I mean so I order my food. It’s 521. I give her 521. She says oh we had to take off the strawberry cobbler and takes my money and gives me the wrong change back. Didn’t even offer if I wanted something else to replace it was so rude and they wouldn’t even busy. I know why they ain’t busy now. My biscuit is hard please give me a chance to give you 309 and should’ve just taken my money and say no we took the strawberry cobbler off. You didn’t ask me if I wanted another dessert to replace it which I would have but beside the point I guess.

Real surprised to basically have a robot take my order at the drive thru but everything was correct so it was fine but please, Bojangles, yall have got to learn to put the seasoning on the fries!! I don't get yalls fries to get them plain, so so eone needs to do better at this and is partly why I quit coming by here.

Terrible. They gave me a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with completely uncooked raw dough. The while thing was crumbs. Couldn't even eat it. Completely ruined the start to my day.

Two times in the last week I placed a large order online. Both times it was canceled by the store. I suppose it's to much effort to make them. I also tried to call the store to find out why they were canceled but after letting the phone ring 10 times or so Nobody answered. If that's how you run your franchise , maybe you're better off selling it to someone with some customer service ability

This is the 2nd time in a week I've stopped here to order chicken for my son and was told after I put the order in ans pulled up to the window that there was no chicken and it would take 20 minutes to make it.

Ordered Wednesday night in drive thru. Order was taken drive thru “robot” or whatever. Received no receipt. Wrong chicken, wrong drink, no sauce, no fork. Way to go!

I only go here because my son likes it. They make you wait for cold food. Are rude. And the dining room is dirty every time. For a place with world famous biscuits they sure do burn them a lot.
