The manager Missy is unprofessional She does not listen to concerns nor does she care about the customer. I visited from out of town and went to Bucko’s for some old memories. We spent over $30 in this establishment to have a hotdog that was made wrong and returned due to an allergy. The allergy was written off, not respected, and the hotdog was not remade nor was the money refunded for the hotdog. Upon trying to explain the allergy I was yelled at told I did not have the allergy and that I would not be getting a refund and I “just wanted free food”. After calling back to speak with the manager Missy, she said that she would place the money back on the card that did not happen. Two days later I called back to see what was going to happen and she again yelled at me until I had to hang up the phone on her she said all I wanted was free food when in reality I’m just allergic to cheese.
10 out of 10 would not recommend . The food is OK, but the service is subpar.
