I love the Buddies Seafood and the entire family that runs this place. Huge fan here. Fish is always fresh and they can dress it however you like. Highly recommend!

Got 10lbs of crab legs. Ordered from the site and picked up a few days later. Highly recommend. Everyone was friendly and love the back story behind them. Would give 1000 stars if I could.

Wanted to fry up some flounder and decided to try Buddy's out. Great decision. Whole flounder they fileted onsite, produced great filets that fried up awesome, thick flaky flounder better than you can get at any restaurant. Will be back for sure!

I’m an out of towner from Maryland who basically lives on seafood. I eat crabs on a weekly basis back home, so when I found a place for steamed crabs I was SO excited.

It was super easy to order and they were pleasant over the phone. I paid via their online invoice. Walked in and the lady was very pleasant for pickup and had my crabs ready to go.

I didn’t realize the already steamed ones came cold but that’s totally okay bc I eat leftover crabs cold all the time.

When I say these were the best crabs I’ve had in a long time. I really mean these were the BEST crabs I’ve had in a long time. They were well worth the price, bigger than what Maryland calls #1s and just so dang good.

If you like crabs this is the place! Just do it. So worth it.

I’m new to the Lake Norman area and recently found Buddy’s. Ordered their dozen steamed crabs to eat with neighbors in my development and were very pleased with the quality. Their fresh seafood selection looked fantastic and I cannot wait to return and try other things, esp their scallops and some of their fish. The store is immaculate. Seems like a LKN treasure hidden off of Rte 150!

Look no further if you enjoy a wide variety of fresh, delicious seafood! I was pleased that the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the food is tasty. Be sure to try a seasoning mix too because we thoroughly enjoyed ours.

Great people and incredible seafood! Picked up some fresh blacktip tuna that was just brought in and it was amazing as if it just came out of the water! Definitely worth going to check out if you haven’t!
