Edited: I changed my rating to reflect the aftercare customer service. Tony, the GM, called me and was so kind and professional about the situation. Bad days happen to everyone and I totally understand that, super impressed with their customer service response and we will definitely be back.

So disappointed. We came to celebrate a birthday tonight and had less than great service.

It's a long time since I've been to Buffalo wild wings and it'll probably be a long time before I go back. Unfortunately, time hasn't improved things in terms of food and service. They ought to think a sports balls go past their prime.

Came in tonight 30 minutes before their posted close time. Sat at the bar and was ignored by the bartender, not as much as a glance as he made drinks for another table. We stayed for 15 minutes until another server noticed we hadn’t been spoken to and let us know last call had just happened. I would have ordered to go without the drinks, but dude behind the bar clearly didn’t want to serve us so we left.

Showed up at Buffalo Wild Wings at 11:15 PM and got turned away the second I walked in. Still open, but clearly not interested in serving anyone. Went to Duckworth’s and they happily sat us and had our food to us by 12 AM.

We showed up at Buffalo Wild Wings at 11:15 PM—well before their listed closing time of 12 AM—only to be turned away by Kyle, the manager. He was rude, dismissive, and told us they couldn’t seat us because they were “behind”. They had other people in the lobby waiting and lots of empty tables. When we asked about the posted closing time, he shrugged it off and said to “call corporate,” adding that they wouldn’t do anything about it anyway. If you’re planning on grabbing a late-night bite here, don’t count on it. It felt more like Kyle just didn’t want to work the last 45 minutes of his shift.

Manager was great! He was very accommodating to my food allergy the entire time and took it seriously. Our waitress was also great don’t remember her name but overall enjoyed our experience here! Good food & people.

Terrible service from pink/blue hair racist waitress I’m a water my self and the four times she’s took care of me it’s a bottle experience. Does not care clearly goes out her way to give me a hard time I’m a 15 year old server i know the deal. Horrible
