This was my second visit to this location. Both times I thought I would order their "Signature Dish" wings. Both times the food tasted like it was cooked for lunch kept under a heat lamp and served for dinner. They were luke warm, very dry, chewy at best and slathered with sauce. Could be the worst wings I have ever had, on two different occasions! My grandchildren had grilled cheese which didn't even have the cheese melted and chicken tenders (two!). Very disappointed. I would go somewhere else unless you just want a bunch of TVs and don't care about food

Order the house sampler ,for the a moc a simple choice ,It was so nasty ,wing still had feathers or fut not sure ,they were so tough ,not sure what they were ,chx sticks were made yesterday and probably microwaved ,pinion rings were the same as chz sticks ,the chic nachos were absolutely disgusting ,chic tasted like tuna ,very salty and wet ,Do not go to this place ,water r of money !!! , Ally of shady shit going down ,also ,Oh yeah no silverware was offered ,table was dirty ,had to get a towel If planning a visit thank 3rd world country to clean it ourself ,towels was soar ,no napkins offered when food was served ,Just one good thing the bartenders seem to have their stuff together 👍

You gotta ask for every little thing you need for, starting from silverware, straws to food for order. They never get you any. Also, the cocktail with mango habanero was terrible that I couldn’t sip more than twice.

They greeted us unkindly, they didn't offer us a drink, after waiting for a long time and without anyone serving us, we asked a waitress if she could take our order and she told me she couldn't, that she was going to look for another waiter, who never came. We decided to leave the place and at the exit there were 3 employees talking...
We took our business to another restaurant nearby...
I have not even visited this restaurant, but wanted management to know that based on what I read about the staff, im not even wasting my time. Back home, in Raleigh, I frequent BWW. Get your staff together over there, it's costing you money.
UPDATE: I broke down and visited this location on Sunday to watch my Eagles smoke the Cowboys at 425pm EST.. Food was a little slow to come out considering the low number of people there, but not egregiously slow. My waitress, Cheyenne, was AWESOME. Engaging, attentive and on the ball. I know that this place has some bad reviews, but give them the opportunity to prove them wrong. They did in my case.

I ordered a to-go meal for 10 boneless chicken wings / 10 Traditional BBQ wings and got the wrong order. Both orders were boneless and extra spice was added that was not ordered.

I’m really trying to like this place. The food was good and actually hot this time. Server made a point to tell us they have a -always served hot- policy so orders come out at different times based on when they are ready. Last time was same experience without the explanation. With only 3 tables in use, it shouldn’t be hard to stagger the cooking process so the entire table is served instead of having one person almost finished when the rest of the food arrives. A little tweaking of process that apparently gives priority to call in and deliver orders might fill up the tables too. After reading some other reviews and especially the owner replies, what a cheap cop out to tell every posting to fill out a form on their website to provide more information. Read the post - your failures are there in black and white.
