I love this place they always cook my food the way I like it. And let me tell you if you get the onion rings ask for extra of the b-dubs sauce... game changer. I love the trivia too and getting ALL THOSE POINTS get enough and you can get free food too!!!

We stopped at BWW while out shopping. We were seated promptly and our server arrived at our table quickly to get our drink orders. Our drinks came quickly, and our food orders were taken at that time. Our food was ready quickly, and everything had been prepared exactly as we had ordered it. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

Edited: I changed my rating to reflect the aftercare customer service. Tony, the GM, called me and was so kind and professional about the situation. Bad days happen to everyone and I totally understand that, super impressed with their customer service response and we will definitely be back.

So disappointed. We came to celebrate a birthday tonight and had less than great service.
