Really craving burger king and somehow they can only take orders in the drive thru not the lobby make it make sense when it's the same p.o.s used for all transactions. We need a better burger king in this area because this one is always on something.

I don’t know how else to say this, 47 minutes to get my food, for it to be cold and wrong. This isn’t the first time with this specific location, was not offered a replacement or refund since they never gave me my receipt. Shame that the only Burger King in town is God Awful. There are a couple good workers but the vast majority of them are either rude or just can’t read an order or make it in a timely manner.

Have not eaten at Burger King for over a year. Decided to get an original chicken sandwich and cheesy tots. My sandwich was cold I mean cold. The cheesy tots were way overcooked and hard. I did drive back around to the window and they were more than happy to replace my order. The service window employees were very polite and friendly so when I finally did get my sandwich, it was very hot but very mushy. There was no texture really to the sandwich if this is how they taste now versus last year, I think I’ll pass !!!

Walked in to order food and stood there for 15 minutes. Was never waited on. Got looked at by multiple staff members and then we were told they couldn't take our order because they had to fill the drive-thru first. I was with my family and we ended up leaving. I will never eat at this Burger King again and if this is how Burger King is running their restaurant now. Burger King has lost this customer

Food was fine but the service was extremely slow (Stand at counter for 3-4 minutes before anyone even gives up to help). Most flavors in the coke machine were out.

Will never return. Why would they stay open when they are out of French Fries, Mozzarella Sticks, Buns, and other key items? I couldn’t hear everything on the speaker. I had already put in a mobile order. Of course I can’t cancel it or get refunded…so I asked to substitute. Bad idea. Food was not hot and pretty unpleasant to look at and didn’t want to eat it. It was horrible. Never going back. Waited in drive thru over 20min. Food was cold and also missing food. Came back to get them know after we had to get to our event. They did remake the order gor us but again just horrible service and it didn't taste like burger king quality. NEVER going back

The last two times me and my family have eaten there our order was messed up and it was because they did not ring it up correctly but they blamed us. The attitude was they do no wrong.
