Ordered food online. Went through the drive thru. 5 to 6 cars behind us ordered and received their food before we did. Almost an hour before we finally got our food.

Wish we could have tried the food bit the service sucks. Waited at drive thru for a lazy bored sounding person to take my order for 20 mins. She never came back so i left. This is not the first time. this burger king needs new employees and new management. Poor management same problem for the bk that shut down on williamson rd

Before going, I had my reservations because I have been disappointed a couple times before for breakfast. However, I had to go back three times to get my food correct this morning for breakfast. The sandwich, as you can tell, was microwaved so long that the croissant bread stuck to the wrapper and was ruined before I could fully open it. The second time my order was completely wrong when I asked them to do it over. And finally, the third time, I got basically a cold sandwich. I give up! At least the lady that took my order was kind.

Lady was high at the register, didn't give me my items. Ordered a large meal and since the frozen cotton candy machine was down she only gave me a small lemonade as a replacement for a large meal. Save yourself money and time, go somewhere else.

Waited 20 minutes for ice cold food in an empty restaurant, no ice, no straws, fries cold and stale and the employee acted like I asked for a kidney when I requested a mayonnaise packet

Started to use drive thru but it was backed up. Went in and picked up our order and ate on the way back to work. Burgers and fries were hot and very good. It would be nice if they were always like that, I'd go back more often.
