Outstanding food and service - "RJ" was TREMENDOUS in his patience as we determined what we wanted, then he knew menu very well & was able to describe some plates AND beverages, helping us to make final decisions! (This quality of such an outstanding server leads to show the excelled management team that runs this TUMMY facility!)✝️

My husband and I have decided this is our "date night" spot, and it has become our favorite restaurant! Patti has served us and REMEMBERED us every single time we have visited, and she is by far our favorite server ever(: Her drinks taste phenomenal and she has always been wonderful about suggesting new ones to try. The food never disappoints either. I am working my way through all the different types of tacos; my husband cannot get enough of their salsa. All around, we have loved every experience at this location! Highly recommend!

Came here with a few friends. Honestly nothing special nothing horrible. I just haven't felt any good Mexican food in Mooresville. Not the worst I've had in Mooresville but not the best I've had in Mooresville it was nice and clean. Might be back might not. Not a big loss if I don't come back. Parking's decent if it's not busy.

Worst Mexican restaurant is Mooresville, NC. Everything on the menu, including drinks is overpriced. I asked for a basic bowl of queso, and they sent us out a $12 concoction of something that tasted terrible. The refried beans were beyond disgusting, and my wife and I were very disappointed with the quality of different tacos (Mix & Match) that were on our plates. Not to mention that we ordered a pitcher of strawberry margaritas that says on the menu that it serves 4, but barely filled up 2 standard glasses that they gave us (not even margarita glasses). There was barely any strawberry flavor in the margaritas, and they weren’t even red in color. Do not waste your money here. I would give 0 stars if possible.

The service was a bit slow, but I blame that on employee shortage. The manager quickly stepped up and met our needs. The staff that were there were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Definitely will be repeat customers!

Went to Cantina 1511 at 4:45 on a Sunday night we were told there was a 10 minute wait with only 4 tables seated in the entire restaurant. So we took a seat at the bar. Waited and waited and waited...no one ever showed up behind the bar to take our drink order waited for 10 minutes got up and left. I get staffing issues...I really do but communication is key. It was just a preview of what was to come...no thank you.

Food was good, but the salad apparently comes dry, no dressing. I texted them back to ask for some dressing and I was ghosted. The steak quesadilla was good. Added the Diablo sauce, which had a good spice to it. Won't be back.

Went tonight and we had Great food but the restaurant allows people to chain smoke on the patio. It wasn't the most pleasant experience =(

I had the beef enchiladas. They were tasty but very salty. Service was slow but I believe they are understaffed, however the young lady that served us took a long time to check on our status and at the time there were maybe 10 other people being served with their own waiters. So staffing shouldn't have been a problem so I am guessing new employee. I loved the Sangria here and my wife like her Mojito. Prices are reasonable and they give enough food that you will have enough for a lunch the next day so overall I give this place a strong 4, they really need to lighten up on the salt in the food.

I gave this place a second chance for take out lunch. Again, the food was not very good. Overly greasy! They messed up my order. and you do not get what you pay for. I ordered 2 orders of 3 tacos, 2 cheese quesadillas and 2 orders of fries. The total came out to $75 dollars for sub-par and incorrect order. I will not give them a third chance.

I rarely say a restaurant is horrible, but this place is. If you like undercooked, crunchy rice, this is the place for you! 5 stars for the rudest, saltiest server (and beans), too! We told her we had someone joining us and she brought the check and started clearing the table!! I did bring the rest of the awful burrito home for our pets and let my friend know we couldn't meet there because we were rushed out.

Food was good, drinks were good, chill atmosphere, employees that didn’t leave you sitting around wondering. The Pollo Diablo (I think it was called) pretty good, get two, or 3. I’ll be back sooner then later I know that much :-)

Loved the atmosphere and the staff! The food was subpar but would revisit. I had the street tacos, I would be open to try something else during my next visit.
