What a waste of space. A dim, negative energy, classless waste of space. In a strip mall building and Looks like a funeral home inside. Its a run down, "want to be upscale" place. The noodles and other items are store bought, Not even home made. You'd be doing yourself a favor by getting pasta from a box and making it yourself at home.

Parking: We've been going to Caruso's for years and have enjoyed every visit. We've also taken family and friends, and they loved everything as much as we did. Lisa has always taken care of us. We have been here maybe 4-5 times over the past 3 years. The food and service is always amazing. My wife and I took my parents to Caruso’s last night for my mother’s birthday and although the food and service were great, we were extremely disappointed with the portion size. The service was amazing as always. The taste of food was great as usual. The portion size was significantly smaller than the previous times we were there. I understand the price of food has gone up but this is unacceptable. We ordered an appetizer of Calamari for $22 to split with 4 people and there were maybe 10 pieces? My wife got a pasta dish with scallops and shrimp which was $40. She got barely any pasta, 2 pieces of shrimp and 2 pieces of scallops. Very disappointed.

Parking: Old school, classy, great service and quality food. If you are a meat eater, the rack of lamb dinner is a must! Pasta and sauces are fresh. Wonderful salads to start your meal. Dessert…I wish you luck ordering just one or two. Bar selection is good. Cap off the meal with a cappuccino.
The wife and I were looking for some place to eat supper while we were in Mooresville and I had heard of Caruso's and said lets try them out. Call for reservations! We got fortunate and the lovely hostess took care of us and got us a table. All I can say it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The fresh bread and sauce was wonderful. The wife got the Salmon and she said it was spectacular and I got the Rack of Lamb and it did not disappoint. Our waitress Lisa was great and treated us like we have been going there for years. If you are looking for a great Italian restaurant, Caruso's is the place to go. 5 stars start to finish, and we look forward to going back.

You can have a better Italian experience at Olive Garden. This place is a dud in every way possible. Don’t understand how they are still in business. Horrible cocktails, small menu selection, cold food, small portions, FROZEN BREAD, inexperienced bartender couldn’t make the first 3 drinks we requested. Rude staff and molasses slow service. Totally unacceptable. People only go here for the status
