Really busy location when we passed through, the line didn't really move through too quickly either. The express lane did help, but still took a while to filter through. Fresh and made to order, overall a decent experience

The best fast food crispy chicken salad! No contest. Both Mooresville locations do a great job, although this location is typically less busy. Friendly service, and food is always fresh.

This Chick-fil-a is a step above all the rest! We sat down inside and got better service than any other sit down restaurant in the area. The employees, especially Don, were a ray of sunshine and very helpful (filling cups, taking trays, and keeping it very clean all while seated)! Great and speedy service.

Was not impressed with Darlene. The girl cashier she was monitoring (who appeared to be training) looked annoyed and stressed as Darlene kept whispering in her ear what she should and shouldn’t be saying to me.

“You need to ask him who’s privilege do I have of serving today”, “It’s not What can I get started for you, it’s how may I serve you,” “you need to keep saying today to let him know you’re in the moment”. Centimeters away from her face.

Look, I’m all for customer service. However this felt creepy and insincere. This location needs training from Chick-Fil-A corporate management for managers to let employees be sincere with guests. I go to Chick Fil A locations all over Charlotte and have never been as creeped out as this one. Customers we just want our food (not an 5 minute script before we even get to ordering) and a nice kind person at register. This is the only time I’ve seen scripted service at all Chic Fil A and locations I’ve been to, will not be returning.
