We had a lovely experience at the chilis in mooresville Gavin was exceptional. He was well mannered, answered all the questions we had about the menu. He was attentive to our table we had refills without asking. He made sure to check on us without making us feel overwhelmed. He was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we sat down. If you are looking for an enjoyable lunch or dinner and want great service ask for Gavin at the mooresville chilis. The manager even came out to check on us and was so kind and polite. Thank you Chilis for an enjoyable lunch with my 3 kids.

Only 1 server and she made sure we knew it. False charges on bill like gaming pad thingy that we never touched, but food was great

We have been to Chilis twice in the past month after not going for a few years. What a pleasant surprise. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delivered piping hot, and the burgers were juicy and cooked as requested. The restaurant is a bit dated, but the consistency of the food and service makes up for it. We ordered the three course lunch meal (drink, appetizer, and entre) which was a great deal. Keep up the great service!

DO NOT order takeout from this location.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed. I ordered the Rancher Burger to go, and while eating, I noticed something was off—the meat was mushy and strange. When I looked closer, I realized the burger was completely undercooked and still red inside. This is unacceptable and honestly has me worried about getting sick.

There is no excuse for serving undercooked beef, especially when it’s meant to be well-done or at least safe to eat. I trusted this restaurant to handle food properly, and that trust is gone. I won’t be returning, and I hope the staff takes this as a serious wake-up call to check their quality control, especially for takeout orders.

This could’ve ended a lot worse—and that’s not a risk anyone should have to take with their food.

The family met here last night for my a family members birthday. Waitress was great, but food was not the same. My wife & her sister got items with brisket in them. Wife was up at 3am vomiting & her sister had “other abdominal” issues… both involved severe stomach pains. Stay away from the brisket !! Other food items were not bad, but not great either.

Service and atmosphere is great. Friendly staff and appreciated keeping drinks filled. Giving food a four, not due to taste but other factors. 1. The salmon with rice and broccoli was very tasty but did come out warm, not hot. Guessing it was ready and sat there a while before serving. Food needs to be hot. 2. On the triple dipper combo meal the Nashville hot mozzarella were very tasty but the sauce ran all the way around to the other two items so that messed up the taste of those items a bit although still very tasty. The $10 Reese’s pie is awesome, just a little pricey at $10. Did love the $6 Lemon margarita….great price and taste. Fajitas and the potato soup were also wonderful too.

Kid-friendliness: For 2.99 they have a game to play at table. A little pricey but did keep 10 year old busy while adults could talk.

Food and delivery was fine but there was a chicken bone in my quesadilla and I chipped a tooth on this...

Not happy.

Totally fine. The mac n cheese for kids is Kraft. Our cheese fries were good, but wish they let them be a bit melty. My husband's burger looked good. I decided to try something different as we haven't been to a Chili's in a long time and did the brisket quesadilla. It was extremely underwhelming. The menu made the quesadillas look and sound amazing but it was basically a mostly empty tortilla as you can see. Almost no cheese, meat, or whatever else was supposed to be in it (there was so little of it that i don't even recall). Disappointing.

Chips and salsa always hit the spot to start off. We always ask for some to go as well. Food is good and the service was excellent. It’s been awhile since we’ve visited and they’ve revamped the menu since the last time we came. Still most of the old favorites with a few new ones as well. We will return back for more food and fun in the future.

Sorry no pictures today. Next time for sure

Food was good. Communication with the bar and the waiter's need a little work but overall it's a good spot to dine in.
