We had a lovely experience at the chilis in mooresville Gavin was exceptional. He was well mannered, answered all the questions we had about the menu. He was attentive to our table we had refills without asking. He made sure to check on us without making us feel overwhelmed. He was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we sat down. We have been to Chilis twice in the past month after not going for a few years. What a pleasant surprise. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delivered piping hot, and the burgers were juicy and cooked as requested. The restaurant is a bit dated, but the consistency of the food and service makes up for it. We ordered the three course lunch meal (drink, appetizer, and entre) which was a great deal. Keep up the great service!
The family met here last night for my a family members birthday. Waitress was great, but food was not the same. My wife & her sister got items with brisket in them. Wife was up at 3am vomiting & her sister had “other abdominal” issues… both involved severe stomach pains. Stay away from the brisket !! Other food items were not bad, but not great either.
