Rice at this one is ALWAYS HARD. Workers don’t know how to preserve overnight rice for nada. Need them to do better cause my husbands crew is done with this one now I’m going out my way to go to cook 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ y’all sorry as heck for that

I ordered my food to be done by 12:10, didn't get it until almost 12:50. There were multiple people in line waiting to get their online orders. Idk if this was a bad day, but that was my experience.

To their defense, I did get a free drink and chips and queso.

DO NOT go here if you are on your lunch break. Took 30 min to get my food. I placed the order for it to be ready at 12:40, I waited in the mobile order lane and someone asked for my name, I gave them it, waited another 10-15 mins and then someone else comes to the window and ask for my name. They also forgot my drink, so I had to go inside and realized that there was no more. So I guess that’s why they forgot it but they could’ve asked if they could get me something else… this location is so bad at service.

I never leave reviews but unfortunately this chipotle disappoints every time. Service is not good, food quality is bad. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next chipotle than dine at this one.

I've never been to a Chipotle before, and will not return. The food was just ok, but seriously overpriced for what it is. The place was FILTHY, and every table that wasn't occupied had food and spills on them. We had to clean our own table to sit down. Just doesn't seem sanitary.
A couple of hours after we left, my wife and I started getting cramps in our stomachs. The food we ate there decided that it needed to exit our bodies in a timely manner, and we had to rush home to use the bathroom. We don't know exactly what made us sick, but it was something we ate at this location.

I would give the Mooresville location a zero if I could. I’ve only been there once and it was a while ago. However it was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Tiny portions. Food does not look anything like it does in the ad. All the tables were filthy and the trash was overflowing. I will never set foot in a Chipotle again.

I ordered a kids meal that I needed to be gluten free, but the store was out of corn tortillas. The gentleman who met me at the drive through window, Alec, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order and had a gluten free option. He was SO helpful and has such an upbeat and friendly attitude. Y’all should give him a raise!

I paid almost 30$ for a burrito and a bowl and both had double chicken but they give barely a scoop each and when you ask for more they give you again barely a scoop. They don’t give any rice so you have to again ask for extra. Complete waste of money.

Ordered uber eats from this location as Im new to the area. My second time, and got the quesadilla. Both times, it was mostly tortilla, some cheese and VERY little chicken. After this final time I decided no more Chiptole for me. I used to get it all the time as they did a good job where I previously lived. Im a grown man, not a toddler. Stop trying to beat food costs and give a normal portion. Im going to Moes from now on.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Seemed like they were almost out of everything at lunch time. What they did have was soggy and looked old. Over priced and when we got to the drink machine there was black mold around it. Dirty tables and just an overall horrible experience.

I love chipotle when it is consistent! Sometimes I order a burrito and it tastes amazing with the correct amount of meat portions and sometimes I order a burrito and you can barely taste any meat.

Driving 4th of July week with a tired hungry toddler in the car. We decided on chipotle to pick up and bring to our place after a long drive.
Unfortunately the chicken was cut in giant pieces, the green peppers were also in giant pieces, and lastly (and worst of all) they put oregano instead the rice instead of cilantro. Disgusting.
Daughter cried, wife wouldn’t eat it. Sounds like they have someone sabotaging their food.
