They seemed pretty understaffed today for it being 6:30/7pm. A line of 10 people and one person making the food. Occasionally a second person came over to do the toppings for him but it wasn't often.
The guy making the food was probably new as he was pretty slow, but he did every single person's food chef's kiss perfect and beautiful and with a smile.
The girl who ocasionally came over to check people out or add toppings was seemingly miserable. No smile, short answers to anyone. After getting my food and realizing that the new fella hadn't asked me if I wanted anything else so I forgot to order 3 kids meals, I asked that girl if I could add them on. She said no and that I'd need to pay and go to the back of the 10-person line šŸ™„ then I got to the register and didn't have exact change (that sign would have made a lot of sense BEFORE the register by the way, like where you order or something?) but told her I would have had exact change but had been planning on the three kids meals. She stared at me and walked away without a word to ask a lady what to do. The lady looked surprised and clearly said to do the kids meals because she came back and started making them without a word (PS I'm smiling and had just complimented the guy making the food on his attention to detail and he responded like a person, so she's just in her head). At this point I decided to give her a big tip to try to help her have a better night. Who knows, maybe people are being nasty on top of the workers just being busy. No lie, when I told her she could keep the change as a tip ($50 bill, $32 check), she literally stared at me, rolled her eyes, and didn't say a thing and proceeded to get her tip change from the register. Ah, she also told me that despite queso being a protein option on the app and in store anywhere I've been for kids meals, she said they can't do that in the store.
You can't make these things up. Unreal.

They have a drive up window for pickup which is really convenient. Fresh ingredients and large portions, good spot to grab a meal!

Went to this location after a fairly long drive home. Used the bathrooms which were filthy. Trash can at the front door was filthy with food all over the top of it. Waited in line and the service area was filthy with food all over the counter. The server was literally dragging the bowls through the food and sauces on the counter. The whole facility was filthy. We left prior to placing our order.

I ordered my food to be done by 12:10, didn't get it until almost 12:50. There were multiple people in line waiting to get their online orders. Idk if this was a bad day, but that was my experience.

To their defense, I did get a free drink and chips and queso.

DO NOT go here if you are on your lunch break. Took 30 min to get my food. I placed the order for it to be ready at 12:40, I waited in the mobile order lane and someone asked for my name, I gave them it, waited another 10-15 mins and then someone else comes to the window and ask for my name. They also forgot my drink, so I had to go inside and realized that there was no more. So I guess that’s why they forgot it but they could’ve asked if they could get me something else… this location is so bad at service.

I never leave reviews but unfortunately this chipotle disappoints every time. Service is not good, food quality is bad. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next chipotle than dine at this one.

I've never been to a Chipotle before, and will not return. The food was just ok, but seriously overpriced for what it is. The place was FILTHY, and every table that wasn't occupied had food and spills on them. We had to clean our own table to sit down. Just doesn't seem sanitary.
A couple of hours after we left, my wife and I started getting cramps in our stomachs. The food we ate there decided that it needed to exit our bodies in a timely manner, and we had to rush home to use the bathroom. We don't know exactly what made us sick, but it was something we ate at this location.

I would give the Mooresville location a zero if I could. I’ve only been there once and it was a while ago. However it was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Tiny portions. Food does not look anything like it does in the ad. All the tables were filthy and the trash was overflowing. I will never set foot in a Chipotle again.

I ordered a kids meal that I needed to be gluten free, but the store was out of corn tortillas. The gentleman who met me at the drive through window, Alec, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order and had a gluten free option. He was SO helpful and has such an upbeat and friendly attitude. Y’all should give him a raise!
