Literally had scraps of dry food 2hrs before closing and no new food coming out. When asked the young man just shrugged his shoulders and said “I just work here” clearly that’s obvious. It was extremely dirty in the inside as well, just ended up leaving

**Poor Experience – Cold Food, Extra Charges, and Bad Service**

I do **not** recommend this place. The food was **cold and stale**, and the sides ran out by **7 PM**. Even worse, they charged **extra** for adding a side dish. The overall quality and service were unacceptable.

If you’re looking for a good meal, try a **different location** or another restaurant entirely.

This store still did not open today by 1105 am. I’ve waited for 30 min before I’ve decided to just leave, as well as many other clients. This is an incredible inconvenience. No one cared to even step out and explain. No respect for people’s time!

Didn’t even get my meal I left. If I ask for white rice on two bowls, why would you only put rice on half of each bowl? Am I paying for half of a bowl? Then looking up at me stupid like he doesn’t knowv what’s wrong.

The most disorganized poorly run Chipotle I’ve seen. One guy in the line was working his rear off, food not resupplied. Guy at the cash register rude. Avoid this place.

Coming from California I was quick to go to Chiplote here because of familiarity. Unfortunately this location was a disappointment from portion control to drink selection. Not worth going back due to new pricing.

This place always seems to have items missing from the service line. Now this location is digital only, allowing online orders only. I guess because they cannot keep the tables clean. What a shame! This is my last visit to one of my favorite restuarant chains.
