I ordered the beginner cleanse online and scheduled it for pickup. I arrived and they greeted me. Then I was asked am I picking up. I said yes and gave her my name. She then goes on to state that there aren't any more orders to be picked up, as she already completed the online orders. So I showed her the email that has the date and time of the order. Then she continues to state that she completed all orders and names the customers. Then she finally asks what I ordered (which would've been the most efficient and professional thing to do to begin with instead of telling me about other people's orders being completed etc)... So I told her I ordered the beginners cleanse. She then points me to the cooler (not the one marked for pickup items). So I asked if I needed to put it together (the cooler contained individual bottles), she then states "no I already put it together that should be yours." So I go into the cooler my order is packaged at the bottom. So I finally was able to get my order after standing there being told there weren't any other orders etc. This is unfortunately the closest Clean Juice to me, however, poor customer service definitely takes away the convenience. Ordered juices online, went to pick up and they stated we only paid for 11, not 12. I have contacted the manger of the local store, said there is nothing they can do about it even though our receipt clearly showed we paid for 12. They said the machine only printed 11, so you get 11. I have contacted corporate, no response. Horrible customer service!

Smoothie was one of the wateriest smoothies I’ve had in a while from a Clean Juice.Usually my smoothie is a little thick and taste great, but this literally tasted like I was drinking a coffee and not a smoothie. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to get them to remake it.

Great service and great cold pressed juice. The corporate website could use some work. Trying to find the one that I ordered to write about it and it doesn't seem to be there. Thought I was getting a cold and went in for boost of oranges, ginger and turmeric and carrots made as I watched. Took 2 to go for the next day. I know this helps your body recover and glad I've got a local place for a quick boost.

Of all the Clean Juice stores in the area this one seems the worst managed. The consistency of the food is not good, the staff is friendly but not well trained and it just does not feel as well run as other stores I've visited. Great product but better management is needed here.
Love me some clean juice. Todays meal was great, salad was delicious and “fall apple bread” was amazing. Healthy and delicious.

Great place, I thought people would be lined up out the door when I got there but surprisingly I showed up at the perfect time to collect my salad and 2 drinks… the beet juice mixed with other ingredients was superb, idk about the coffee brew mix, it could use some work but I still give this place a 9/10 for the great business idea. Probably be a great idea to market to local fitness business’s for exposure. Thank you for the experience!

I’m giving two stars because the staff was very nice. However, if you are a cash user like me, they will turn away your business. They don’t accept cash, which is all I use due to so much fraud happening from restaurants and retail on my cards in the past. It drove me to find another smoothie shop nearby, which also has smoothies/smoothie bowls/juices with a better atmosphere, and they do accept cash, which is great! But not having options for payment was inconvenient here at Clean Juice and put me off from every trying them again.
