Hello I wanted to edit this review...the management has reached out to me and assured me that they have trained all staff and have been so kind and understanding! I was given a refund also but the most important to me that others do not experience any sickness from allergies or the like ..again the management was sooo understanding and helpful. Going to be going back and any business willing to make it right is unusal so I appreciated the willingness to teach their staff!!!
I'm very upset right now. I ordered the lite vanilla ice cream and I questioned that it was empty at the usual location. He assured me it was the lite ice cream. I eat the same there always because I have issues with sugar and this time I got violently ill vomiting because it was NOT the lite sugar! There are serious reasons people order low sugar. Besides that he slopped it in a bowl without asking if I wanted anything in it. I can have only berries and when I asked for strawberries he slopped it on the cold stone where previous ice cream had been and didn't clean it up so I had something chocolate in it also... Really the first experience there with this sort of issue.

I always love cold stone creamery and this was my first time coming to this location. A blonde girl greeted us and helped as at first and was very friendly, however then a white, tall, curly guy with eyeglasses took over. What a difference in attitude. Don’t work in direct customer service if you hate people! He was so unfriendly, gave us a bad look when we wanted to try different flavors (which you are allowed to do) and after mixing in my toppings he left 1/4 of my ice cream on there instead of putting in on my cup. The cup was not even full and the remaining part had half of the banana I was paying 1 dollar to get. I don’t understand why you would rather throw away ice cream than put it in the customers cup (even if it fills up the cup). Never had this experience before, will definitely go back to my usual location and never come back here.

Hours in google are accurate, I almost did not pull up because the sign was not lit. Service is always on par with the ice cream quality. My favorite is the Coffee Lovers Only,, with extra almonds.

Always a great place to go for ice cream. Can be a little hit or miss with the staff in terms of your toppings. Sometimes I get someone that puts a good amount of toppings on, and sometimes they can be a little sparse with them. Overall, I enjoying going here for ice cream. Nice outdoor seating as well, with lots of other dinning options around that you can do dinner at before.

I ordered the largest size. The kid working there gave me the smallest size in the largest cup. I explained that you should at least fill the cup if I’m paying for it and he just smashed some more ice cream on it, didn’t add more of the mix ins and still didn’t come close to filling the cup. I’m not trying to be a PITA, but for the money you spend at this place you should at least get friendly employees, and the ice cream you pay for. I’ve been to cold stone many times, but they have lost me as a customer.

The icecream was great which isn’t ever an issue! I came in and ordered 6 different orders of icecream before closing. The staff was nice and made sure I was out quickly. There was a slight mistake with 1 of them. I spoke with the manager Aliza, she went above and beyond to accommodate me. Always a good experience! Thank you

I was ready to try them out until the girl working the register walked over to take my order (I was getting a waffle bowl) and picked it up with her bare hands! ?? and it wasn’t a display. It was sitting under a light ready to be used/eaten. Not be me that’s for sure! The employee seen the back of my head before she could even ask what flavor I’d like. Absolutely NOT!
A bunch of little kids angry about having to do the job they are getting paid for. Been going to cold stone since I was a kid and never had anyone treat me so poorly. Tell the kid what flavor and that I will want it in a waffle bowl. Takes the ice cream throws it in the bowl and tosses it up on the counter. I'm like, can I get some ingredients, kid sighs puts the ingredients in, barely mixes it all while demanding to know what ingredients I am going to want in my wife's. Just to get there and ask me all over again. Hire better staff, these kids are trash, and I shouldn't be treated like crap ordering $10 ice creams. I also usually tip well, I left him nothing. Do better!

Went tonight around 9 to pick up an online order and when I got there the employee behind the counter was sweeping with one hand and eating a chicken wing with the other. When he finally acknowledged me, I couldn't even understand him because he was talking with his mouth completely full. All I could do was laugh and shake my head because I have been managing in the restaurant industry for 20 years and would fire an employee for eating in front of the customer behind the service line. It it hadn't been an online order already made, I definitely wouldn't have ordered anything. Good thing it wasn't the health inspector that went in.
