The service was pretty quick. Now I see why. For the individuals who work in food service. Why would you ever service someone something you know you wouldn't appreciate. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich with hush puppies and fries. The hush puppies were clearly over cooked, clearly. Of course I'm already home when I see it. I was highly disappointed. I hardly ever go to the Cookout. Now you definitely don't have to worry about me going again...

Has anyone in that store actually even tried the pink lemonade or tea? I feel like y’all should at least give it a try so y’all can know that it’s completely disgusting. Everything else is fantastic but my wife gets the tea or pink lemonade every time in hopes that one day it’ll be good, and it’s just not. We’re talking about for the last year and a half…never been even close to good taste.
Ps. She can’t drink soda or the milkshakes or she’d just get that.

I got a big double burger with mayonnaise, lettuce, ketchup, mustard 😑😑 and this is what i got 🤦🏽♂️
Got here at midnight and still waiting in line at 12:30 with 2 cars in front of me to the window…the line wasn’t crazy long or anything. Never waited this long at a cookout unless it’s a Saturday night and packed out or something.
