I am a regular to the Mooresville NC location, weekly to be exact.I had a poor experience on 4-8-24 at 154pm to be specific. I sat in lane two at the drive thru for over 10 min while the person inside continued to operate lane 1. Not to mention when I pulled up they stated,” we will be with you in a moment.” All while proceeding to take customers in lane 1.I pulled to the window where I was told by a middle aged male that they could not take my order at the window I would have to get back in line.Then proceeded to tell me that I was holding him up from taking care of yet another customer in lane 1…So, why wasn’t my order important? Why does it matter when I had already been waiting over 10 min.. why did it matter I was holding up someone in lane 1 when I was there prior to them.This is poor management and poor customer service. Manage your people better and treat customers in a way you would like to be treated.

Ordered two Big Double Cheese - ONLY got one….ordered one Large Tea and got a JUMBO…..ordered one Large Diet and got a Large…..lets plz make up our mind……not to mention that I had to ask for the Diet because it wasn’t poured……ended up leaving and got my second cheeseburger from Burger King……C’mon man……I know your busy but please listen to the guests order or at least repeat it back to the guest…..the last few times I’ve gone to this location they have ALWAYS messed up one or more items…..no one cares anymore - just cook it yourself at home and at least u know you will get what u ask for…….

Hi there, Google Gang. It's yo Boi BiggHall. I stopped in for a little late night cheese burger with fries and a double cheese burger. The service, as usual, was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was great ,cooked to order ?, and very yummy. Thank you for a great experience.
Everything was good except the left lane moved like 10 cars in the time it took to move two or three in the right lane. Of course I was stuck in the right lane ?

It would be 5 if it wasnt for their broken drive thru speaker. Items are missed all of the time and the employees cant do much about it. Owner definitely needs to fix this ASAP..

I've always liked cookout's product. Their food and value is great. However, their service was an issue for a while there after the pandemic. 100% better after my recent experience. I spoke with a manager named Shane, and he really seems to care about customer experience. He seems to set the atmosphere for his co-workers. All I know is my orders have been better prepared and takes a whole less time getting through the drive through. Very encouraging to keep me coming back with folks working there like this.

Me and my child was happy waiting in the drive through on our weekly cookout trip the week that I get him, I and my child was appalled to hear the grading witch like voice making my child very upset. If that was it that would be fine but that was not the bad of it. Oh, no the lady had the nerve to give me sass because I got my words confused. Me and my child very upset at this interaction, but I have no ill-well to the person her self, I’m just suggesting that she gets move to a different job in the cookout, before she upset more children of divorce parents.
