Michael P. was a fantastic server. He was kind, friendly, and attentive. He kept our drinks full and the biscuits rolling! Grandma's BKFT sampler was a fantastic dish, I chose pancakes. My husband enjoyed the dumplings. 😃

Service was spot on, drinks, appetizers, and entrees came out in a timely fashion, were hot and delicious. The parking lot, dining room, restrooms, and store were clean. We will definitely be back!

We frequent Cracker Barrels in our area and certainly when traveling. For a short period of time it seemed the food and service wasn't up to their normal standards . More recently the improvements have been very noticeable! The menu and breakfast all day gives the diner many options along with $5.00 take home meals. They also now serve wine and beer.
My recent visit to the Mooresville restaurant was the best in a very long time. My server, Brian was personable and very attentive. My minor issue was easily resolved by manager Kim with a credit given.
Our experience was exceptional and hopefully remains so.

First experience with cracker barrel that was any type of negative, my food was cold, and they had to remake my wife's food.
The server was very accommodating and friendly, and everything else was just as you'd expect with cracker barrel.

We ordered Cracker Barrel online for dinner. The money was taken from our account; however, the manager on duty said they did not have our ticket. We offered to show them our account transaction and they refused the food ordered. Horrible experience and the manager on 8/26 5pm was one of the rudest professionals we have ever spoken to! Very rude. We won’t be coming back again.
