The food was good and the service was friendly and attentive. Great place to meet my family. Missed a few items in the new menu, but enjoyed it overall.

The service was as good as always but the food ordered was reheated dried out chicken breast. We ordered another dinner that was only average. The CEO should worry more about running the restaurant as it had been, instead of changing logos and how “white” they may appear. Good food, good service and a clean restaurant make a successful business. Not logos or political views can help.

I just had neck/spine surgery 3 days ago, and my husband and aunt brought me out to have something that I was capable of eating. Unfortunately, we had to have our servers switched right after our food came out because, for whatever reason, this lady Amy decided to be not so nice. Look, Ive done your job before Amy. I know what its like to be busy and flustered. Under absolutely NO circumstances should you EVER make someone feel like they want to just leave because YOU got their food wrong. I am in a neck brace. I can NOT turn or lean my neck. You could have leaned down to hear me better. There was no reason to slam my food or my coffee. I sincerely hope your manager has more mercy than I do, or I would have probably fired you today for treating a handicapped person in a way that made them feel threatened. Thank you to Brian for making things better. Thank you to the manager for the meal comp. This was supposed to be a low stress enjoyable moment for me, my husband and my Aunt. I dont know if we will come back to this location in the future.

Ordered family meal curbside pickup. Part of order include the barrel bacon burger. Missing lettuce tomato and pickles. Looks like they gave me the bbq bacon smokestack instead.

Seemed understaffed and disorganized. The waitress just kept going back and forth with stuff, like there was no organization in the kitchen. I have to say I love their country store.

We drove up to Cracker Barrel, three hungry and weary road travelers.
Cracker Barrel was closing in 20 minutes. We were afraid we wouldn't eat that night as everything else was closing around us.
We ran in and asked Cracker Barrel if they would be able to serve us and to our surprise and delight they did.
This Cracker Barrel served us with smiles and Grace. Good food. Good service.
We paid at 10 minutes past their closing time and even bought a blue jean jacket!
This is why I love Cracker Barrel!

Waited long time after ordering, then told would be a delay...no reason. Then had to ask later if any idea when would get it. Finally told it was ready but no broccoli that I ordered. Brought me green beans instead. Husband's food super hot, mine (meatloaf) Luke warm. Had asked for cheese on broccoli when ordered and still charged for the cheese even though they gave me beans (not eaten). Cashier did deduct the cheese charge at checkout. Server should have been today when entered order about broccoli. Another told next table when they ordered. Not recommended if traveling on or want quick meal.

Food and service always have been good. Place was not that busy due to the time we were there. Took a long time to get our order which was a basic order.

I've never really liked Cracker Barrel food and have been a couple of times before but it has been years. It was suggested that we meet up for a family dinner and Cracker Barrel was mentioned and thought I'd give it another chance.

Wish I hadn't.

I ordered the campfire chicken and my boyfriend ordered the shrimp with fries. The picture looked amazing.

My boyfriend's meal arrived and it was a very small amount of shrimp in an almost completely dried up sauce/glaze and the fries that came with it were about 5 really sorry looking frozen fries. The whole meal looked really sad and crappy.

Mine arrived and they brought me beef, not the chicken that I ordered. No big deal, let our server know and she said she would bring a replacement - all good.

There was bread to eat while I waited, the bread itself wasn't bad but the tiny butter packets they brought out could have come out of the freezer, they were so hard and cold and trying to spread it on the bread just tore the bread to pieces.

My chicken took a while to come out, so much so that everybody else has almost finished eating by the time I got it. I opened the foil up and not only was it hot but two hobbits ran past and tried to throw a ring in it.

I won't be giving any more chances, the food here is just not good. Their store is great, if a little over expensive but they have some cute stuff. But as far as food goes, it's just really bad. They did not even offer us any apology by way of discount or anything - really disappointed.

I've experienced this restaurant a lot over the years, but today was my first breakfast. Let me just say whoever is cooking and plating have no idea how.
1st, my waitress filled the coffee cup to the brim, leaving no room for sugar or cream.
2nd, the biscuits and gravy were served in a basket?! Have y'all ever eaten biscuits & GRAVY? Had to ask for a plate.
3rd, the pancakes had their chips and pecans all in the center. Not evenly dispersed. A lump of melted chocolate in a pancake was not very pleasing to the eye or the palate.
In conclusion, I believe they need a few lessons.
Good luck!
