OMG!! The cake that Allison made for my mom’s 80th birthday was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and tasted AMAZING!! Communication from beginning to end was superb! Allison created an absolutely beautiful and BY FAR the most delicious cake I’ve ever purchased. Will never be purchasing a cake elsewhere for as long as I’m in Mooresville. Not to mention her cupcakes were equally amazing. So communicative, sweet and talented! My daughters 3rd birthday was so special because of her!

Allison did an ABSOLUTELY amazing job on a cool cake I requested for my husband’s birthday! She was FAST, responsive, and there was great communication. The cake was not only beautiful, but MOIST and delicious. Don’t think twice about it - just book her!

I was looking for someone to make a cake for my daughter‘s birthday. I was looking for a two tier cake with different theme. She exceeded my expectations, communication was always easy and she followed through with exactly what I envisioned for a cake. The cake was perfect inside and out it was so moist, fluffy, and it was not too sweet or overwhelming like other fondant cakes. The decorations were stunning, everyone at the party complemented the cake how it tasted and how it looked. My daughters loved the cake, I am one happy customer and I look forward to booking cakes with her in the future. I definitely recommend her hands down.

Allison brought to life my vision for an “under the sea” cake (and smash cake) for my nephew’s first birthday. The attention to detail blew our minds! I really appreciate Allison accommodating my request during a busy weekend for her and for providing excellent communication throughout the process. She also worked to ensure that the cake was secure in my husband’s car and wouldn’t get damaged traveling home. She’s a gem to work with. I recently worked with Allison on a cake for my Husband’s 60th birthday. I’ve never really done a project like this before but Allison is so creative and she made it so fun and easy - it was a blast! Allison has been making my daughters birthday cakes since the very beginning! We just celebrated year 7! We have had Minnie, Elsa, Princess and doggy themed! She truly puts her heart and soul into her cakes and we couldn’t ask for a better “cake lady.”
