I absolutely LOVE this location. The management is amazing and you can tell by how their employees are with the customers. We go there every single night and everyone is always so nice and in great moods. The sweet girls Natalie and Hope are the absolute best. They always go above and beyond to help. Hope even clocked back in to be sure she made my milkshake just the way i like it. Great job to the management team because they are absolutely doing something right!
Nathan and his team are exceptional at serving their customers. The food is above par and quick. The ice cream is also top notch. You can tell these guys & gals love serving and care a lot about their customers satisfaction. Great job, guys!!

We ordered catering services from this Mooresville location to be delivered next day for 45 people on the other side of Mooresville. When I called to discuss the catering options they answered all of my questions and made recommendations. They were very patient and helpful. The driver arrived early but not too early and he was very helpful carrying the food in. He walked me through what everything was. They did a fantastic job! Our staff loved the food! We would definitely order through catering again.

I usually have no problems with food from Dairos. However today the help must be to busy to do they're job properly. Here's my Chilli and onions what a disappointment. My second one was fine. My wife's hot dog with mustard was laughable. I should have taken a picture of that too. The manager needs to talk to his crew and get them back on track. Smh
