A little pricey but so yummy! The lucky charms macaroon was unique and tasty. I had the salted caramel latte and my partner had the orange matcha. We both thoroughly enjoyed our drinks!

Great place for milk drinks, espresso is good with the occasional sour shot. Breakfast items are a safe bet at this place.

I have been studying at Defined Coffee for the past several weeks. I have gone in 1-2 times per week. I love the atmosphere, that they have plenty of seating and a food menu in addition to coffee and tea and don’t mind people studying and reading.
After having 3 recent similar experiences, I finally decided I needed to leave a review.
There have been 3 separate times that my food order has been incorrect so I’ve needed to approach the counter to try and get what I ordered instead of what I was given. All three times, the gal who appears to be the manager and works in the back preparing the food, has been the person I’ve dealt with. Each time when I’ve kindly explained what I ordered, I was met with a somewhat combative and unfriendly “rebuttal”. All three times it was the person who is taking the orders who made the error and yet each time I was given an attitude by this manager. Comments along the line of “I don’t have any orders for a BLT” while looking at me, the customer. What am I supposed to do with that? One would think she might turn to the person who takes the orders and inquire where the order is, or even better yet just say “I’ll go make one quickly for you, sorry about that!”… but instead she made it the customers fault by saying she didn’t have the order. I was speechless. So I, the customer, had to turn to the cashier and say “remember, I ordered a BLT…I haven’t gotten it yet”, as if they cannot communicate with each other. It felt as though she intentionally needed to burden me with helping her work through this.
The third time, I ordered a “ English Muffin breakfast sandwich”, was asked no questions and no further information was shared with me when I ordered and this is how it is listed on their menu. When my order came up, it was eggs only on French bread and about half the size of the English muffin. I approached the counter and kindly said “I ordered the English muffin breakfast sandwich…” the same gal replied to me and said “we don’t have English muffins anymore, it’s in French bread” so I replied “no one explained that to me…and what about the meat?” She replied “you have to ask for it”, I explained that I had never asked for the meat before. She continued by telling me that if no one asks me, that it’s my responsibility to tell them I want meat. I’m assuming this is a new change as the English muffin breakfast sandwich used to come with meat and that’s why I ordered it. So if they have made recent changes to their menu (although it still plainly says “English Muffin”) then one would assume it is their responsibility to inform people of changes they’ve made, especially people who come their frequently and are expecting something different.
There were no apologies, no kindness for the lack of communication, no manners even for that matter. Actually, not even professionalism. It felt like a policy of “the customer is never right” and that I was being treated in a way that would never fly in most businesses I know. I felt like I was being reprimanded.
So I’m not sure who’s running the show here but management needs to get involved and maybe witness first hand how they are treating their customers.
I also want to add that they are charging I think $5.19 for a bag of Earl Grey tea and 11-12 for a breakfast sandwich on French bread that is about 2” x 1.5”.
I will not be returning to this establishment as they have proved to me that they do not care about my business, that clearly they think they can treat people however they want to treat them, have zero concern about the quality of their food or their service and are riding a wave of continued business despite all of this.

Unfortunately 3 back to back unpleasant experiences. Tried it 3 times all 3 had issues. From not serving breakfast till 8, to being out of product to closing early. Per their advertised hours they should be open till 5:00PM. We arrived at ~4:40 only to learn that the expresso machine had already "been cleaned" and they could not serve us hot coffee as they were shutting down. We were less than pleased as were the 6 other potential customers that had walked in after us. As one left we heard them remark "a coffee place that doesn't serve coffee."

Recently decided to give this place our business. We've had nothing but customer service issues each time we've gone in.

Been here a few times to read or do a little work. I like the couple of drinks I’ve tried and some were recommended by the workers based on what I’ve told them I like. The only downside is, like any coffee shop really, it seems there are very specific days and times that it’s not terribly busy. Otherwise it is kind of difficult finding a seat/table. They do otherwise have a variety of seating (some tables/chairs, high top counter, couch). Parking is otherwise readily available as well.

I’ve been to this coffee shop a few times and always enjoyed their coffee. I usually order to-go, but I’ve been tempted to stay longer because the seating and atmosphere are so inviting.

Today, I grabbed a large vanilla latte, which was delicious as always. However, I also ordered a chocolate croissant, and unfortunately, it was so stale I had to toss it after one bite.

While I’ll definitely return for the great coffee, I’d recommend skipping the baked goods.

Pricey!!!! ??? but generally very good. I stop by when I’m in a “treat yoself” type of mood.

I had an iced latte and house-made cranberry muffin. Both were delicious, and the quality was great! Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Easy 5 stars!

I love the coffee here and the people are super friendly, but I don't think I'll be going back. The last couple of times I've been they have messed up my order. I asked for a cranberry muffin and they gave me a blueberry muffin that tasted stale. I usually get my coffee made with oat milk and I've had whole milk added to my coffee instead which is a small mistake but I couldn't drink all my coffee because whole milk upsets my stomach.
