The pizza I paid extra cheese hardly had any the curst tasted like it had sauce on it waiting to be made so when it was finally made it burnt they are pre loading pizza crust with sauce waiting to be made

$37 down the drain. I placed an order for delivery for food to be taken to my son at his job. The order was placed before 11:00 a.m. the order left the store at 11:14 a.m. and his job is 5 miles away which is a 10-minute drive. Estimated delivery time was 11:45 and then it jumpef to 11:53. Then estimated delivery time jumpef to 1208 almost an hour after it left the store. By that point his break was over meaning the food has to sit in the lobby or outside the door until his next break at 2:30 p.m. that was a complete waste of time and his hard-earned money. I understand that you cannot give exact delivery times and I don't expect that but what I do expect is for food not to take an hour to get to its destination when the destination is only 5 miles away. He waited to take his break until it said delivery in progress. I wanted to complain and was told to search for corporates number in Google

For a place that serves wings when I ask for sauce to be on the side and they ask what one and I ask for honey BBQ and hot they said they can't combine sauces I said I don't want them combined I want to do it at home still refused horrible service they don't try to work with the customer even when offering to pay

Order from dominos about once a week through the app and it sends it to this store. They cancelled my order tonight without saying anything saying the address wasn’t in their service area. Asked to speak to the manager and they couldn’t even come to the phone. Terrible customer service.

Adin was awesome when taking my order over the phone, even verifying information with his manager when he wasn’t sure of the answers to a couple of my questions. I’m glad that the management supports their team in a way that they are comfortable asking questions. We had an issue with the website not allowing us to place an order for delivery and was thrilled with the kindness and hospitality demonstrated by this employee!! 5 stars ONCE AGAIN, this location never disappoints!!
My buffalo chicken pizza was just chicken and cheese . I'm not saying it was light on the buffalo part , that would be an opinion.there was nothing buffalo about it . They literally melted cheese over chicken and bread . It was an open face quesadilla

Every single time I order from here, they don’t deliver my food. I call the store and they say “our driver just dropped it off” I have zero proof of delivery on my front door camera and it’s nowhere to be found. When you talk to whoever answers the phone they just say they’ll make it again but it’ll be another 45 minutes. Oh and since it was already paid for online, they keep the tip too. This has happened at least 5-10 times in the last year. Save yourself the trouble and order from anywhere else.

The business owners won’t fix the tracker. Every time I see “pizza delivered.” Then I call the store and they say sorry sir Thats not true. Awful Dominos experience time after time. Must be lazy franchise owners.
