I will NOT be ordering anything EVER AGAIN from THESE AS$ HOLES EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE! BUT I'm fuming right now about what went down. I ordered on app $6.99 on 2 or more med pizzas app wasn't working called store he could honor it via phone because app messed up reg. Deal delv.included well after said and done I got charged for delivery charge? They would NOT wave charge and wouldn't give me the corporate office number and begin arguing with me the customer like it's my fault!? Now mind you I'm talking to a manager of the store Nick yelling what a way to run your business. Shears rd store WATCH those crooked people!

My son and I always stop to get pizza after school on Friday’s and it’s our little weekly treat! Today, I forgot my wallet and my Apple Pay wasn’t working for some reason and the Manager and staff were SO sweet and gave us the pizza on the house! To top it off, the Manager even helped me out to my car as I had my 2 year old and 4 month old baby! Incredible customer service! Please support this amazing Domino’s location!

My pizza was terrible they even remade it per corporate specifications. Some pieces didn’t even have cheese at all. I called the store and found out this is how they make them now. They made the dough smaller. About 4 ounces less cheese. It taste terrible. It would have been better to raise the price by a dollar and make leave it the same as it was. Worst pizza ever and this is what I can expect from now on. Sorry to say this is the last pizza I will be ordering from Dominoes. I hope corporate reads this. Congratulations corporate you have ruined your pizzas and lost a weekly customer. I recommend little ceasers or Pizza Hut this was just awful I can’t barely eat it. Look at this picture of my extravaganza large. They should go ahead and change the name of the pizza to just Ganza. Introducing The brand new Ganza Pizza by Dominoes ??it’s awful and nothing extra about it. I usually share pizza with my 3 dogs and after one bite EVEN MY DOGS WOULD TURN THEIR NOSE UP AT THE PIZZA. If that doesn’t tell you it’s awful then nothing will. Even my dogs didn’t want to eat it!!!!!

Nick and the entire staff are very nice and professional. They have helped me while ordering on line for the first time. We have ordered from this location for over a year now. The pizza is always hot when delivered and that means a lot. Plus one of the best tasting Dominos we have ever had!!! Hats off to you Nick and staff!!! Take a bow……

Fastest delivery ever. I also made a mistake when placing my order online and accidentally hit "no provolone". An associate immediately called me to ask if I was certain because the pizza would burn and was able to correct my mistake before I got a sad pizza. I really appreciated it!

This location makes my order wrong every time. Not just 2 or 3 times but every time. They always offer a credit but never an apology. Always the guy with the frizzy hair and buttons all over his hat making incorrect orders. Store manager asked me to accept the wrong pizza after they made it wrong. I am completely done with this location and I hope upper management will follow up on the leadership and accountability here.

There was two teen boys working and I parked in the front. They pointed for us to go around and yelled at us to go to the drive thru. Once we got there one of the boys just put in the pizza meanwhile we have already been waiting for at least 20 minutes. He was very rude and took a while to get our order together.

They are a new store and super busy when we were there. The manager and staff were busting their butts and they did amazing considering the line of customers and phone calls they were receiving. Took a while but they all were working very hard to keep the orders coming. I give y'all a 5star A+ review!! Good job keep it up!!

So google maps thinks this location is in the next door neighbor's house. This location is in the Food Lion parking lot. Either turn on Rocky River Rd or the only entrance on Shearer road.Not sure what the 1 star reviews for this place are about. I went to this location for the first time and it taste like all the other Domino's. The store is pretty new and clean, service was quick, food tasted good. They have a drive thru window which is nice so you don't even have to get out of your car. Excited to live about 5 minutes away from this location!

We have placed 2 orders since they opened. Unfortunately both times they did not get it correct! With tip we spent about $100. Last time I order from them!

The person who answered the phone started right off with an attitude but I was able to throw my “southern charm” at her. She knew what foods the store offered (and didn’t) and we ended the call on a good note. This person may not be the best option to allow to work the phone, but she got the job done.

When I order my food online and the app says it's ready to go. Every time they say that their app is messed up. And I have to wait there an extra 15 minutes for the food to be done. Not sure if they're just putting on the app that the food is done . Because they are timed and need a good time so they don't get in trouble. And I would love for their drivers not to go down the wrong way the do not enter Road behind the Domino's. I've had a few conversations with the managers. But nothing matters because they keep on doing it. Had many issues with the delivery drivers speeding around. The food has just gotten mediocre in worse and worse time goes by. It used to actually be really good now it's just become as good as CiCi's Pizza. I guess they just don't care or just can't get good people to work anymore.

I've had great experiences with this Domino's with one exception (will describe below). My daughter loves Domino's after she had it at school and she was excited to try this new location. The staff at the Curbside Drive-up Carryout was on time, professional, kind, and personable. The pizza has been fresh and hot each time. All in all, it works!Last Friday, we ordered delivery from here and we got someone else's two pizzas - and someone, somewhere must have gotten ours. I tried to call the store to tell them about the mix up and request a refund, but I was put on hold for 26 minutes before giving up. 26 minutes on hold with Domino's is comical! I ended up emailing Domino's corp. as I couldn't find an email for the individual store...and surprise, surprise, I never got any response. I still feel like they owe me 2 pizzas ;) Lastly, my biggest critique is with the Domino's app. It is SUPER buggy, hardly works right, and never gives me the coupons promised in email. They need some serious tech investment there if they expect it to replace the phone calls to the stores. I wish it would work - would def. make my life easier.
