Worst Place. All the items here are out of stock round the year. Just asked for a multiple coffees and every coffee is out of stock and the employees are very rude.

Didn't get anything I ordered correct. Ordered my son a hot chocolate with whip cream. We got hot water. My hash brown chipotle wrap was missing the hash browns and the chipotle. I asked for 2 chocolate frosted and got strawberry frosted. Tried calling and no one will answer the phone.

Please check your cup they do not fill up your cup. I ordered a medium match latter with oatmilk I recived a half foam and half latte. This had happened multiple times. I even reached out to Dunkin Customer service no response.

I do stop at Duncan's quite often for a drink. A lot of times I feel like there are drinks are more watered down unless taste. There are hot coffee is great. If you get there early their donuts are good after 10:00 they always seem to be dried out. I travel a lot and try to stop in there quite often for their drinks.

Was there yesterday and the manger was being passive aggressively smart when I was placing an order so I had to go inside, she changed her tone once I got in the store. I’ve been trying to call the business phone this morning to as a question and the line just rang and rang and went to a vm (go figure) I called 5 times and still no answer. This review is solely on the mngr and not the workers. I rated it a 2 because of the experience I’m had there so far. Smh, do better!!!

Horrrrible customer service. By employees and manager. They will avoid eye contact so they don’t have to speak with you, then when you speak up they have an attitude. Just go to Starbucks.
