I do stop at Duncan's quite often for a drink. A lot of times I feel like there are drinks are more watered down unless taste. There are hot coffee is great. If you get there early their donuts are good after 10:00 they always seem to be dried out. I travel a lot and try to stop in there quite often for their drinks.

Was there yesterday and the manger was being passive aggressively smart when I was placing an order so I had to go inside, she changed her tone once I got in the store. I’ve been trying to call the business phone this morning to as a question and the line just rang and rang and went to a vm (go figure) I called 5 times and still no answer. This review is solely on the mngr and not the workers. I rated it a 2 because of the experience I’m had there so far. Smh, do better!!!

Ordered 2 Bonefire iced coffees and they gave us 2 iced coffees with s'mores syrup in it.. sugar just sitting in the bottom of the cup. Kinda gross.

Today I went to go get a dozen donuts like I usually do every other Saturday and while I was there, FedEx guy came to drop off a big on the counter. The girl that was helping me already had her plastic glove on to start grabbing my donuts she grabs the box takes it to the back and she apologize for the inconvenience and grab two donuts and put it in my box with the same dirty glove! I thought she was gonna change her glove and she didn’t so I asked her politely if she can please takeoff her glove and put a new one on because she just touched my donuts with that dirty glove that she was touching the box with she said OK sure she remove the glove put a new glove on and continue to get my donuts I thought she was going to remove the two contaminated donuts that she had already touched to begin with but she didn’t. I don’t think I needed to tell her that I figured she would know to do that ….so I just grab my donuts left took those two out and threw them in the trash, very disappointed in today’s Customer Service makes me wonder how many times they do that with other peoples orders through drive-thru etc.very gross food Safety 101 always change your glove wash your hands .
Dunkin is dunkin but the employees having a conversation there were using profanity. Its still a family place right?

Usually pretty good but lately the iced drinks are filled to the top with ice which I feel I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Please don’t fill the cup to the top with ice!

Terrible service and very very rude about face masks I had a thick shirt covering my face but that wasn't sufficient.... smh UPDATE I was fool enough to go here again and twice now these young kids have made my drink wrong and today I got donuts that looked like my 2yr had played with them smh
