I came here today around 11:30 and got a mango refresher and as soon as I got it I could tell it was wrong as my drink was brownish and literally tasted like there was espresso in it and I use to work at Starbucks so unfortunately I would know! I had my drink re made and as I was sitting by the drive through window I could hear them yelling about me but I just wanted my drink so I let that be and my new drink was made properly. It was bright orange with no espresso taste but my first drink should have never had espresso in it in the first place, it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know how you can accidentally put espresso in a refresher but workers need to be informed that when you mess up you need to start over in a new cup do not serve something wrong.

I had an appalling experience during my recent visit. The young lady who took my order accidentally missed one of the coffees. No big deal — mistakes happen. I simply asked to have it added, and I was perfectly willing to pay for it. However, the woman making the coffee was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes repeatedly, gave me nasty looks, and kept saying, “What does she want? What does she want?” even though I was standing just a few feet away. She could have asked me directly, and I had already explained that I ordered two coffees and was missing one. Instead of fixing it and moving on, the reaction was unnecessarily hostile. The comments, the attitude, and the overall service were horrific. These coffees weren’t even for me — I was picking them up as a small gift for a few ladies at the hair salon. I buy donuts for my office twice a month from this location, but after today, I will never be back. To the girl with the lip tattoo making coffee today: please be kind and understanding. You reacted poorly when simple customer service was all that was needed. Even after all that, I still offered to pay for the $3 coffee. Truly disappointing practices.

Nasty attitudes. Went in to order coffee, the young woman was annoyed that my card didnt tap to pay. I tried to explain to her that if she would wait one second it would work. The other girl, I believe her name was Morgan, she was on her phone the entire time, taking pictures of customers cars. Why she was doing that is beyond me. They both had extremely nasty attitudes. I will never bring my business here again

Didn't get anything I ordered correct. Ordered my son a hot chocolate with whip cream. We got hot water. My hash brown chipotle wrap was missing the hash browns and the chipotle. I asked for 2 chocolate frosted and got strawberry frosted. Tried calling and no one will answer the phone.

Please check your cup they do not fill up your cup. I ordered a medium match latter with oatmilk I recived a half foam and half latte. This had happened multiple times. I even reached out to Dunkin Customer service no response.

I do stop at Duncan's quite often for a drink. A lot of times I feel like there are drinks are more watered down unless taste. There are hot coffee is great. If you get there early their donuts are good after 10:00 they always seem to be dried out. I travel a lot and try to stop in there quite often for their drinks.
