I'm so glad they were doing interviews because nobody on current staff knows what they're doing. Delivery driver waiting 10 minutes watching multiple people order and get their food before an employee tells me they can't complete My order because they are out of something. I'm sorry but I don't get paid by the hour like you guys. And that 10 minutes could have been spent trying to get ahold of the customer to tell them something that you can't provide.

Had the worst experience today at this location. I had enough points for a free espresso drink of my choice so I ordered a cereal milk latte and scanned my app at the window. This “manager” comes over to the window trying to tell me that the reward is for an “extra shot or espresso” in a drink. A 900 point reward for a $2 shot of espresso?? I told her that was wrong and that I’ve gotten a free latte of my choice multiple times with that reward. Somehow it magically works now and I get my free drink. As I’m driving away I realize my drink taste nothing like espresso or cereal milk. So I go inside and politely ask the girl standing at the counter if it could be remade (I usually don’t mind if it taste a little off but this drink tasted like straight up water.) The girl kindly says she could remake it. Well here comes this manager again, she said “what’s the matter with it?” with an attitude. At this point I’m frustrated, everyone else is trying to help me out and this “manager” is just wanting to argue with me. I told her it didn’t taste right and again with the attitude she said “well unfortunately we gave you the last of the cereal milk” 😀 I bet you did girl. I kindly asked for a caramel latte instead and she just walked off rolling her eyes. At this point I’m not even in the mood for a coffee, my whole experience was ruined by this “manager”. I wish I could tell you her name but as unprofessional as she was being, her outfit matched it!! No name tag in sight!! Needless to say, the 2nd drink sucked too. I lost my points and had a terrible experience. I will not be back to this location.

They gave me undercooked food. I have multiple videos and refused to answer the phone. I am still calling and have been calling off and on for the past six hours. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I am going to attempt to go up there tomorrow and I should be getting my food made, and at least cooked all the way through

Wonderful staff and everything was delicious. It's mostly drive thru and worth going the extra distance for their maple glazed doughnuts.

We requested “No ice” in our sweet tea, as we had a take out order and did not want our drink to be watery when we got home. We did not know there was a dollar charge for no ice. Not complaining about the cost, but wish we were told the charge was added to the bill. We did not notice until after we paid. Please consider telling customers if additional unexpected charges are added to their bill. We have never paid extra for no ice, and understand if we have to be served less drink.

I got a sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich two days ago from this location. First, it was burnt but I was at work and hungry so I ate it anyways. Well I really wish I listened to myself and didn’t because I’ve been in so much pain and throwing up for two days straight. Went to the doctor and turns out I have food poisoning. This was the only thing that I had to eat that day so needless to say, I will not be returning anytime soon.
The girl that was working at the front counter this morning was extremely rude to everyone.
I haven been here in over a year. Coffee was like water. Then they gave me another cup. It taste like burnt coffee just please stay away. Don’t go here..This owner needs to clean house. Customer service , coffee was horrible. I dumped it out and went to another dunkin.. The extreme sticky.
Money wasted. Don’t come here find another location

As a valued customer, I have experienced one of the most outrageous events within my lifetime. On Sunday, May 11, 2025, Ms.Ann a store manager confronted a customer in a confrontal manner.
Ms.Ann departed the Dunkin Donuts store and entered another establishment, in full Dunkin Donuts uniform, on Sunday, May 11, 2025 between the hours of 7am and 8am yelling at customer, next door in another establishment, stating invasive words and yelling across the counter.
If this is an expectation of Dunkin Donuts to allow management to enter into another establishment and be confrontational then what does it state about the corporation of this company.

I feel horrible to make a negative complaint but so many times we’ve gone here and the drinks are made incorrectly. Yesterday we ordered the chai tea latte iced and the first one we got we were like oh they accidentally made coffee so we took it back requested another one as he handed it to me, he said you know that this has a shot of espresso in it and he continued to insist that this drink was made with coffee, but it’s not, it’s Chia tea. Wasn’t going to argue he was very kind but they really need more training. The Chia Tea tasted like vanilla flavored coffee, The shot of espresso that he continued to add in it covered up any flavors of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger etc
Today, March 22 during the morning, I was chastised by their staff for entering my mobile order too close to the restaurant. I was told by doing this I have messed up the ordering clock. If I could tell you how many times I have waited AGES at this place because they can be SLOW and just to get up to the window and have them ASK ME what my order is. After she chastised me and handed me my coffee, she then had the audacity to ask if I had ordered anything else! Again….they don’t even know what your order is at this place! I will use other locations when possible going forward. Awful service here.
Not sure what happened after coming to this location for 4-5 years, but now the coffee tastes like dirt water. Have been ordering the same drink all these years and even with “extra” caramel, it still tastes like crap.
Ordered sandwich and iced coffee as usual Very friendly and fast service. Ann and Ethan and Kaniaph are wonderful! Always a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

Terrible location. Customer service is awful. I ordered two wraps and she put them in the same wrapper when they weren’t both for me! They were tiny with one undercooked piece of bacon and a half an egg. They don’t have any salt or pepper like other locations do. When I pointed out that the bacon wasn’t cooked she said it’s an automated process and it is cooked. No offer to make it right. There are other locations that do a much better job. I won’t be going back to this location.
