They don't listen!!! Three times now and they got my order wrong and then took my money didn't scan my phone. If ya make it wrong do not take my money until it's fixed! Y'all need to get your stuff together. The manager always seems to hate life n people! Y'all work with people be freaking happy!!! Won't go back here again tho. The women tried to tell me I didn't say iced coffee when I myself and my man heard me and I order it the same way every time! So don't tell me I didn't say!

This is the first dunkin to serve me hot food that wasn't overcooked! I've gotten warm enough at other locations, but my breakfast sandwich here was perfect as well as my coffee!

The worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a medium hot pumpkin coffee with cream and sugar. Received the cup as shown in the picture”messy.” It was boiling hot so by the time I got home(10 minute ride) I opened it to cool off, tried it and it tasted like water. I also don’t understand why it’s so dark. I’ve been ordering the same coffee for a month and it has never been that color. Needless to say it went straight in the garbage, there was no fixing it.

I was on my way to work. Stopped and went through drive thru. Ordered the chicken wrap , pulled off and hit into it. It was still frozen inside. I turn around go back through drive thru and let them know. It's replaced, I drive off and bite into it . This wrap is frozen inside as well, I'm now late for work, which I expressed once I returned to Dunkin. The manager just stated I'm not sure why it's cold and that's all. Did not try and accommodate or anything for food or time. I asked for a refund which I was granted. But it was such an inconvenience and I didn't feel as a valued customer. Very upsetting

Just grabbed a “hot coffee” there. In a hot cup, back in the highway, it is not hot, not cold. It is room temperature. There is $3.00 down the drain.

Closest Dunkin to my house. Been here a few times over the last 2 years. Always great service, great music playing at a nice volume, and have got nothing but great food here as well. I don't review fast food often, but this is a great Dunkin in Mooresville on a consistent basis.

Value for the wakeup wrap is not worth it! Your location is the only one that cheats you on the wrap! A large hashbrown is 3 regular orders paid over $4! Rip off all the way around!
