We requested “No ice” in our sweet tea, as we had a take out order and did not want our drink to be watery when we got home. We did not know there was a dollar charge for no ice. Not complaining about the cost, but wish we were told the charge was added to the bill. We did not notice until after we paid. Please consider telling customers if additional unexpected charges are added to their bill. We have never paid extra for no ice, and understand if we have to be served less...

Not sure what happened after coming to this location for 4-5 years, but now the coffee tastes like dirt water. Have been ordering the same drink all these years and even with “extra” caramel, it still tastes like crap.
