Was on way to Caribou and went here just to get a donut with coffee. Maple donut was excellent but coffee was between room temp and luke-warm. Granted, it was 3:45pm. But NO EXCUSE! Unacceptable. Next time Caribou. Not here again

This is a more recent visit. Service was good and (even after 2:30 PM) the donuts i received were fresh. The following was an older review: This particular Dunkin Donuts frequently runs out of bagels & more than once my order was not as ordered. I've also found the donut selection very poor after noon.

Today, I went to Dunkin as I always do and for the 2nd time this week, they gave me cold bacon. I called and spoke with the 1st young lady and she said they keep their bacon at “ Room Temperature “, I explained to her that room temperature is not when the bacon has congealed grease still on the bacon. Then, I asked for the Manager Kathy, I explained to her the situation and she said that is how the company wants them to serve it to the customer. Below you find the 1st 2 pictures of the cold 🥓 and then the last 2 pictures you have the same bacon that was cooked in the microwave because it was so cold. There is different as you can see the amount of grease that came off of the bacon 🥓, and I am aware of how greasy bacon is, that is why I knew something was off with the bacon, not only how cold it was but also the amount of congealed grease on it. Please note if I have to cook my food after you claimed this how you always serve it which I know is a lie, you should lower you prices and a a disclaimer for your bacon with instructions!!!!!! I am sure the state health department would say otherwise. I will NEVER go back to this Dunkin Donuts, because honestly this is the only one in Mooresville Area, that I have this problem with. Believe the reviews because they are the truth.

Nobody answered us at the drive thru until we kept saying hello, our order was wrong and the coffee tastes like dish water. Really disappointing. When we asked for the hashbrowns to be made loaded as we ordered them, she said we would need to be charged an additional $5. $5 for cheese and old bacon bits? No thanks.

Fellow Dunkin enthusiasts, imagine having a bad start to your morning, you decide to get Dunkin and they not only mess up your order, but give you a burnt bagel, slab a cold piece of Kraft cheese on it, and pay $5 for it then give you a coffee that looks like creek water. I don’t recommend this location.
Horrible customer service! Explained how I wanted my coffee. Was told that's not how it is made. We'll that's how I wanted made. Taylor was rude and disrespectful. When I explained to her I have gotten my coffee made that way at every Dunkin she told me we'll that's not how it's made and to go to Starbucks!!
