I waited 10-15 minutes on my food when the store wasn’t that busy. They didn’t tell me that the donut I had was sold out till the last minute when I was walking out, the girl I asked was very rude and just walked away, after I was visibly upset then they started asking if I wanted a different one, I was late to school and got sent home, not only that I didn’t get the food I ordered I got something completely different. Will never be back again, another student also got screamed at this morning from one of the workers.

Terrific service. The only thing I'd say is that attention to detail should be adhered to a little better for a better customer experience in the future. I asked for my coffee made a certain way. I was even asked again for clarification, and the order was still wrong. People make mistakes, and that's alright, but hopefully, it improves on my next visit. I'll add another star if that's the case

I have worked at fast food for 5 years they didn’t give me my receipt in the drive through. They didn’t give me 2 of my items I order kept arguing me asked me to bring my bag in and told me to order again… I’ve never been mad or argued with anytime of food establishment and I feel horrible for it. I did not get a name, but I’m definitely not going there again.

We’re Dunkin addicts and visit frequently. This particular location has a number of problems with having items in stock, whether it be donuts, flavoring syrup or even large cups and straws. We now play a game as we wait on line - which item will they be out of today and this happens even early in the day. The other problem is consistency in the products we get. My wife orders the same drink every visit and it tastes different every time
Has to be THE WORST bagels we’ve ever had. So chewy, we couldn’t finish. They were like eating cardboard. Seemed v stale.Service - we asked them to be cut. Order taker has that on slip but instructions not followed.

It says that Dunkin Donuts is supposed to close at 8pm, I went at 7:40pm and they didn’t want to take my order. They said they were close 20 min early? That they have to put everything away and clean? & they are always so slow to take orders. Pls be aware of this!
