El Cerro Reyes

We have eaten at El Cerro for 25 years. This was the worst meal and service ever. Several people in our party of 9 did not receive their food as ordered. The rudest male waiter ever told those they wouldn’t correct their mistakes and eat what was served. My food was cold and tasteless. I ordered my usual enchiladas verdes and did not get the beans I ordered and the guacamole salad accompanying it had no guacamole. Our server never returned to check on us. My husband ordered tacos with sour cream lettuce & tomatoes. He received meat and cheese only. One of our party ordered chicken fajitas but was given something unknown. She sent her meal back only to have bring back the same plate. It took almost a half hour to receive our bill despite asking for it. The restaurant was not crowded. Needless to say we will not be back.

Disappointed isn’t the word for it. Carnitas were trash and completely messed up our to go order. Guess we got the B team on a Sunday night to go order.

Love this restaurant! The staff is friendly, food is great, and the service is wonderful!! Just all-around awesome!!!¡!!!!!

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff is always very friendly. The atmosphere is a lot of fun with a bar section that makes delicious drinks. I recommend their chicken quesadillas, cheese dip, rice, beans, chimichangas. We have loved everything we tried but these are our favorites.

Food lacked flavor, spices, anything to make it feel authentic. It also arrived cold to the table. Having just salt and pepper on the table couldn't wake up any of our meals. Service was slow and unresponsive to requests. We'll grab our Mexican elsewhere.

Consistently excellent vegetarian option foods. Children ages 2,4,6 loves it too. Very small and welcoming. I wish they had more seating bc it can be cramped or even uncomfortable if you get seated close to bathroom. Their standard chips and salsa are top notch
