I arrived a few minutes early to pick up my online order. The guys behind the counter were very nice and communicated the status of my order. They even offered my a drink while I waited. Very good experience. I will be back.

Let’s just say firehouse subs made a pregnant woman very happy. I called firehouse subs and a guy named Jackson picked up the phone and I explained to him that this was my second time making an order and the last time my order was made it wasn’t made right so he definitely made my food correct. And then he gave me extra pickles, which made a very sad pregnant woman very very happy. We all know how pregnant women are gonna come to our pickles so you should just imagine how happy I felt when I opened my food and saw my extra pickles. Please don’t get him in trouble for the extra pickles but just know that I was having a very very bad pregnancy day and Jackson really made me laugh so I had to call And personally Thank him.But Jackson is definitely a good worker and he needs a promotion because it’s hard to make pregnant women happy.

The staff at this FireHouse Subs had the best attitude and created such an awesome atmosphere that anyone eating there is smiling when they leave. What a fabulous place to brighten your day!! Our subs were done perfectly! The place is very clean! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. We will be back again;-)

There is nothing worse than walking in a restaurant and feeling that staff are annoyed you are there. That is what happened when our family walked in on June 6th at 6:30 pm. One male staff member was stocking chips while a female staff member was sitting at the table with an annoyed look on her face. We were the only customers. She never offered a friendly greeting. She mumbled as we ordered to the point that I had to ask her to repeat herself. When we left, she said nothing until I offered our thanks, then she mumbled “you’re welcome”. The food was amazing, but the service sucked and made the atmosphere feel heavy with negativity.

The staff were fantastic. Hospitality at its finest. As we were in the process of traveling back home to WV and decided to stop and give it a shot. The employees gave us recommendations and accommodated to the special requests we had. The employees that were working didn’t stop moving. You can tell they were hard workers! We would definitely go out of our way to have the same experience again!!!
