Sometimes you can know a restaurant by how they handle mistakes. Our waiter brought me the wrong order. Immediately the manager was there to apologize and to make it right. Even though it was a busy night the kitchen prioritized my order and brought it out immediately. The waiter was just new, and we all learn on the job. My sushi was extremely fresh and excellent.
