We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. My husband and I both took drink recommendations and were very pleased.
The food was delicious and plentiful!
The atmosphere was great and tables were well separated.
I would highly recommend Scratch Kitchen to everyone and we hope to come back soon!

The food was quite good overall. I’d definitely order the brie appetizer again, it was a standout. The staff were friendly and kind, service was well-paced, and the space was clean, open, and comfortably seated when we visited around 4 p.m. on a Saturday. ☺️

Found this place online using a search of local restaurants while staying at a local hotel. Food was OUTSTANDING, I had the Spicy South chicken sandwich. My wife had the Granny & Brie Panini with sweet potato fries - the dipping sauce was unbelievable. Best she has ever had. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

The food was great! But so many flies for an indoor experience. Slick floor near bathrooms, fly traps everywhere, fly zappers in bathroom/fly paper on walls. How is this not a sanitation issue? 96% sanitation rating. Waitress advised not sitting where we first chose due to the hundreds of flies on their window. Seems like they should close for a few days to fog the place. . I shudder to think what the kitchen looked like! Could barely enjoy meal with flies crawling over windows and around food. Never like the extra credit card fee on top of the bill. Just work it into the food price or it’s tacky. Also tacky: wait staff using their phone in the open - especially when you’re trying to get their attention. Write the order down to avoid mixups in orders. Charged for things we didn’t ask for! Our friends came just for the gluten free desserts which they had zero in stock on a busy Saturday night. No manager sent to apologize and a snide attitude from waitstaff. Very disappointing. Would not go back.
