We had to wait on our food to receive cold french fries, the teriyaki char burger was over cooked and chewy with no char taste at all and the bun was old. Nice employees but this is the first and last time I eat here.

I was at this location. A lot of clients and only 3 employees running and working to meet all their clients needs. Jared is on top of everything. Very impressed by his customer service. He is just covering at this store now but still offering an excellent performance. I hope this review gives some insight to their managers and appreciate his hard work.
This is a great concept for a fast food chain. Location was extremely clean the service was on par and the drinks were good. Will come back.

Wowowowowow. It's just amazing. Burgers were so fresh. You taste all of the toppings placed on the burger. The best part is that it's not greasy like other places.

First time at this one. Service was great food was good. Hot and fresh. Got the double cheese burger, wife got the chicken salad. Only wish they had slices avocados instead of guacamole. In California they had slices of avocados. The place was clean and not crowded.
Was so excited for this place to open, being from California where the food was always incredible there, but this location is such a let down. The service is terrible, they serve cold food, and they got our order wrong 3 times in a row. Gave them plenty of chances to make it right but we’re done. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Their food is very good. Everything is made to order...so my burger and fries were fresh, piping hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and dining area clean.

20 min wait for bad food.
In response to your response. I literally left the review at the store I was at. You don't need me to email you to let you know you the store location. Don't be lazy just read the review and work on fixing your process. A default coprorate answer pretending to care when it shows you really don't just makes it looks worse. I ordered a burger and it took over 20 minutes with NO ONE in front of me. The girl at the window NEVER told me it would take that long and gave me no updates as I sat there.
Your systems and processes are bad and your corporate attempt to pretend you care WITHOUT even being able to figure out what store I was at (when it's literally right in google) is pathetic. Your food is bad, this franchise is bad and your corporate reputation management office is bad and should be fired. Never putting this poison in my body again because everything you do shows you don't care.

Wednesday September 18th at the Mooresville location around 7:30 pm. My wife and I came by for dinner and had a fabulous experience. Only my second time here visiting this chain and this location. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend there milkshakes and double Char Burger. Food was served fresh and hot with maybe an 8 or 9 minute wait time. Yes this place cost a little more than other fast burger joints but quality food makes up for it. Service was Top Notch as well. Stephanie took our order and was very helpful. When handing me my tray and order of onion rings was not up to her standards and she quickly removed them and cooked me a fresh order and delivered them to the table. Highly recommend. Will definitely return
