Unless you're starving, I highly suggest you find somewhere else to eat. It's dirty, slow.. Just an all around bad time.

Lets just be honest, fast-food these days suck, teens nowadays are rude and lazy but Id like to recognize Hardees of Mooresville for stepping up, the resturant has been through alot recently with the change of staff, and they seem to be on the right track. On my visit I had the monster thickburger not only did I get it fast and hot, but the young man that brought it out was very happy and excited to be working it seems the vibe here has changed I left extremely satisfied I'm definitely going back.

Went to Hardees for breakfast a month ago food was not editable. Got my money returned and told the person on duty that the bisquits were stale and the breading on the chicken was soggy. He apologized and refunded my money. Went back 3 days ago same thing but was worse then the last time. Didn't bother to ask for a refund because its my stupidity for going back. I use to be a regular. Never again will never be back. 1 time maybe everytime you just don't care.

The worst ever. My work crew went there for lunch and we were not at all acknowledged, we stood there and the employees had there backs to us. Never said "we will be right with you, nothing". We left and had to go to another restaurant which is Bad Customer Service at it's best!!!!
