I went there today with a group of 9 to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff was good in the beginning and accommodated our request to move indoors. The wait for our food was a bit long understandable given we were a large group. The issue was they started bringing out everyone else's food but mine. Service and food were all outstanding. Your host, Paige, went the extra mile to make special arrangements for our birthday cake. She allowed me to drop it by the restaurant early so my wife could be surprised. The cake was fragile - Paige made sure it was kept safe. She took photos of our party for us while our server Lauren brought out the cake with a candle! BTW, the appetizers and drinks were outstanding too. We had a great time and will be back soon.
We’ve been regulars at Havana 33 for 2 years now! Everyone is fantastic (had Mirna and Alexis as our servers tonight) and we love each item on the menu! Drinks are always 10/10!
